We had a tmobile free chicken coupon but the app wasn't working for that store. We tried to make the order at the window. The staff was clueless and rude. They called the manager on the phone but the manager was not helpfull either. All we asked was to honor the coupon as part of our purchase. They asked us to leave without food rather than resolve the issue. Terrible customer service, rude employees and manager didn't care either. Overall, it's the kind of experience that says never go to jack in the box anywhere.

Waited in line just to place an order for almost 10 minutes with no cars in front of us. When we started calling “hello” “hello”, that’s when he replied by saying “it’s taking a while” and then disappeared. They are extremely short staffed and I understand and this is not directed to the employee but more so to Jack in the Box management itself.

Usually stop here for breakfast during the week but the last 3-4 days either only the cook is there or the cook is running late. Haven't been able to order the whole menu since only one person works at a time at this location.

This place is always understaffed and looks abandoned. I ordered a simple jack burger with extra patty n large fries at around 8pm. The fries seemed like the scrap leftover from the day and quantity was that of a small .. they didnt put an extra patty and the one that was in there was burnt! Literally couldn't eat it cause it was so thin n burnt that it turned really hard. So disappointed cause I love jack n the box but not at this location ?

I thought I’d give the store a chance to prove themselves but after four days in a row, picking up my usual breakfast burrito. I’ve been stuck in the drive-through line that has taken at least 25 minutes on average to get through.Warning to everyone trying to get in and out for a fast lunch or breakfast to not use the drive-through at this location.

Went tonight. It was 7:30pm the front sign/light was off. Drive through menu(s) off/dark could not read. Order screen was light. “Place order here”I asked if they were open. Female voice: “Yes”Why are your menu lights off? “I think they haven’t turned them on yet” again it was 7:30 pm, totally dark out.Asked if they could be turned on.“I think they’re broke”We left.Who runs this joke in the box?Zero stars.LOLJust read reviews:This place sucks. Bello everyone went through drive ordered the tacos amd got lettuce with tomatoes sauce and the taco shell. I did not say a veggie taco, there was no meat. Do the tacos no lo ger have meat?

I like their breakfast sandwiches, but I find them a bit pricey. This is one of a few places where you can get a caffeine free diet coke, which I really like. And I think you can order breakfast all day.

Good breakfast at a fair price. Very tasty, enjoyed more than What A Burgers breakfasts.

The gentleman working at the drive thru window was texting on his phone, when I finally got my order and drove 5 miles to work I took my mini tacos out of the bag and the box was so soggy it fell apart all over the floor, there was more cheese than tacos it was terrible
