Went to order breakfast this morning we asked for 4 combos with the drinks 3 cokes and 1 iced coffee ended up with a $45 ticket and the lady just argued with me that we had ordered 1 dr 2 cokes 1 hot coffee and 3 Ice coffees . I tried to explain that wasn’t correct she still charged me we ended up with 4 combos 2 cokes and 4 iced coffee . Not very professional and nice . Should have known as soon as We got to the drive through when she greeted didn’t sound friendly to begin with. Oh and I forgot we had to wait to pull up to the window because the other employee was sweeping the driveway so we couldn’t get to the window before she made all the incorrect drinks .

Even the closest McDonald's doesn't mess up orders on this scale
Horrible customer service waited for few minutes for someone's voice and nothing so I asked out loud if they were open and nobody answers so I drive off. As I pull around there cook or something comes popping out of the drive thru window as if to say they are open. So drive back around and no response still. I see some lady getting out of her car from smoking and starts too walk in from the back as I'm leaving the drive thru a second time. I had a order for a full family that I wanted too order but unfortunately never got too cause of horrible customer service. I went right next door too taco cabana and bought food for my whole family. I would rather have eat in Jack in the box.
I drove into the drive thru at 3pm on a Tuesday and up to the ordering area. There were no other cars in the drive thru and only a couple cars in the parking lot. No one bothered answering for over 3 minutes so I drove up. There was a car sitting at the window. 15 minutes later, the car was still sitting there and now there was a truck behind me who had the same problem I had at the ordering area. Almost 39 mi utes after I had originally pulled in, the car in front of me finally got their food and drove off. I was so frustrated at this point that I just left and went elsewhere.The staff shower zero cuatomer service here. I will never come back.
This lady at the window one time made me genuinely uncomfortable, she had a Nasty attitude and took my drink around the corner after I asked her to fix it. I did NOT drink that drinkAnd people inside, customers in line, but no one taking orders and no signs are up telling people they arent making food.This location is a total mess.
We arrived here at midnight with an online order because it's supposed to be 24 hours. We arrived and were stopped by another customer because apparently there were no cashiers working at the moment. However, after some back and forth, they were able to make our order relatively quickly only because we made an online order that was already paid for. The woman who was working was great, however, this situation should probably have never happened.
Burger and fries were both good. Had to wait a bit long in the drive through before they took my order, but it was ready to go when I got to the window, so I'd say that about evened it out as far as wait time goes.
Stop by to get a lunch and sat at the menu for 5 minutes before I got some to respond and they spoke like they where at home... got to the window and no spoke when said hi and the food was not fresh the meat was cold... tried to call them back to let them know and the didn't answer the phone.. jack in the box need to retrain there employees on common courtesy and if you don't want to work keep yourself at home!!!!!!
i very rarely leave reviews but felt this was deserved. every single person i’ve met in the drive thru window here has been an absolute angel. i’m always asking for two packets of southwest dressing (it’s so good ?) and they give me as many as they can, all while just being SO kind. i’ve been in the food industry and currently in retail, i know it’s a demanding job. all of my upmost respect and best wishes to everyone here. you guys are the best.
Always loved their food my favorite is the chicken tatormelt munchie meal but sometimes they slack on them I guess depends on who is cooking but it is definitely my food crack when made right lol
