The next time I pick someone up from the airport late at night and wish to eat motor ooil from my car, I will think of this place again. We waited in a line that was only four cars long, but waited an hour!!!!!!!! My great grandmother could go to the barn, wring the neck of a chicken, wait for it to finally die on its own, boil the pot of water and defeather it, then finally cook it faster than it took this locationt to dethaw a premade chicken sandwitch! Seriously!! Other cars had b=grown so frustrated in line we began to count cars leaving the line ticked off and frustrated. It turned into a fun game of seeing who was more ticked off than the other! When we finally did get the "food" it was absolutely detestable. The burger seemed to have been submerged in cooking oil, THE WHOLE BURGER, bun and all! If ever youfind that you are hungry late at night, by all means eat your couch cushions before going here. Be sure you have a full tank of gas before getting in line!! SIMPLY HORRIBLE..............

I can’t explain why this happened or even how it happened but the guy taking our order was not nice at all. He sounded like he was having a bad morning. I always try to be nice while I’m ordering because it’s the right thing to do. But, the food was awful. Whoever made my meal this Sunday morning was being extremely careless. I found pieces of eggshells in my sandwich and it was heavily salted. I’m pregnant with twins so I had to eat something as I was on the road but I couldn’t finish that sandwich at all. ( and I’ve had these sandwiches before from other Jack in the box at it’s one of my favorite) I don’t care if you hate your job or you’re having a bad day, please don’t take it out on your customers who has done nothing but be courteous to you.

They close at Midnight and I had about 20 minutes to spare so I got in line and and waited. I was 2 cars back from the speaker but it never happened. The cars in front of me I doubt they were able to get their orders in either. I was at the speaker at 11:53 and by 11:58 something just didn't feel right. So I drove up to the window and they were CLOSED. They could have at least turned the lights off in the line or got on the speaker and said they were closed but NOPE (that would have been too much like RIGHT). Wasted 20 minutes and I miss the days when Jack In The Crack was open almost like Whataburger.

10:30 PM on a Saturday night and they’re closed early. Lights are still on and no employees there at all. Horrible customer service so they can’t update their hours. At least put a sign on the drive-through to let everybody know not to sit there and wait for nobody.

It may have been busy and a little slow, but the lady that was there that took our order and gave us our food was so polite and the food was hot and fresh! Made everything perfect! My sourdough jack has never tasted so good ??? thank you!

The rare times that I go here, because of it being the only thing on my way home open late, I never fail to be disappointed. If they are not canceling my door dash orders at the last minute they are literally trapping you in a drive-through for an ungodly amount of time. The employees at this location are garbage, A lot of the times they won’t even acknowledge you when you say thank you or ask them a question... My friend asked to speak to a manager one time because their shake machine was continually busted for months and a guy in a stained wife-beater came out and started trying to talk down to him after informing us that he was the manager. What a joke I will never eat here again I will spread the word as best I can to spare anybody else the horror that is this place.Sincerely,Disappointed

I tried to purchase a $25 gift card. The young man working the drive-thru window said his computer was not set up to do that yet but he was very unsure of himself. And him and the lady cook kept talking and arguing with each other and I just sit and wait way too long for my spicy chicken sandwich because of the the employees arguing about something. Very poor customer service. But the spicy chicken sandwich was awesome. Let's hope the manager just that computer program or teaches the employees how to charge up a gift card. It seems so simple.

Best attitudes I have seen in a long time. Food was hot and delicious. It was made exactly how I ordered it. Rare these days. I would recommend this Jack in the Box to everyone.

A few weeks ago I placed an order for delivery via the Jack In the Box app and we were missing 8 tacos… 8 tacos! I contacted customer service for a refund and they said they were sorry and told me to give them another shot and said they can’t do a refund. Boy was that a mistake. I placed another order for delivery and they were missing 4 burgers. How can you possibly miss 4 burgers out of an order? I explained to the rep that I am unable to drive so I can’t physically go request a refund. How can a place that is stealing money from customers stay open? This is unacceptable.
