Super friendly and patient employees, who will always walk you through the ordering process if needed, and who also verify every last detail about your order to ensure accuracy. Accommodating for requests from the "not-so-secret menu". Prices are reasonable and food is always hot and fresh. Personally, I've never been a huge fan of places with only a couple of items to choose from, and the shoestring fries are far from a favorite of mine, but make everything "animal style" and you can't go wrong. The one thing I keep wishing and hoping for though, is the option for ONLINE ORDERING. ? As wonderful as the staff is, I still prefer to take my time ordering in peace. Especially at 1am, which is typically when we end up here, for some late night grub with as little thought required as possible. Lol. Oh, and don't forget to add a classic flavored milkshake to your order, and they'll be happy to make my personal favorite, half chocolate and half strawberry. YUMMERS. ?
I was just amazed by all the employees at this location. They must have a great manager because these guys worked so hard and it was nice to see that they actually seemed like they all enjoyed working there. There was a young guy named Reese there… and he was amazing .. full of smiles and over the top customer service. That guy will make it far in life and made this location look sooo amazing by being so caring and working so hard. So impressed that I googled this location to write a review.
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restraunts and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
Great hamburger and service. I’ve always had a consistent experience. For gods sake please oil the swivel chairs. It’s beyond annoying to hear high pitch nails on chalkboard sounds while eating. Recommend eating in your car or picking up to go.
I ordered inside. I was able to get my order in and wait. The service was just average. The place was clean. This is a good place to get in and out with good food.
The Double Double was very well made. The Fries were hot and fresh! I could not have asked for more out of this location. They were busy, but we didn't wait more than 10 min in the drive through. Highly recommend.
It is very good hamburgers are great , fries are great and they both are hot when you get them, don't pick up a fries and stick it in your mouth as soon as you get them. THEY ARE FRESH AND HOT. Go by and try the food you won't be disappointed
3rd time going and 1st in a looooong time. I've never really cared for In-N-Out BUT I had grilled onions this time and it was much much better.I still don't care for the fries. Eventhough they start out good but if they sit, they taste like fries that were freezer burn, you know ice crystals, kinda chewy.
Oh yes - you have garnered new fans with our midwest family In N Out. Reliable service and quality at every one of your restaurants. To watch our children devour your food was different from our experience back home where they only eat half the meal. Food was tasty and terrific! Also right sized! Wonderful and we will visit again if ever we are near one - or you move into the midwest region. Thumbs up from a Mitten State family.
I really like that they are pretty fast with ordering and courteous. However I gave them a 4 because I dont like the fried. The fries are shoestring and bland. The shakes are good. The concept of in and out is because the menu is simple. Basically just burgers, fries, drinks and shakes which allows for faster service with a limited menu.??
