Placed an order through Grubhub like a whole hour before they were to close. Never received the order and ended up called the restaurant. They claimed they never received the order yet they definitely received my money because I was charged. And then they gon tell me to cancel the order because they were closed. If you’re having problems receiving order through Grubhub then your restaurant shouldn’t even be available to order from on the app because then stuff like this happens where the customer orders and is expecting their food only to not even receive it.
This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. The service is ATROCIOUS, the owner is the worst of them. When asking for my order she says it's not ready that it will take another 15 mins. 15 minutes later (zero orders have been brought out) then she checks the orders that have been sitting on the table in front of her (and me) since I arrived. She then calls my name and says order is ready. I told her that this was not acceptable and she needs to remake my order. She refused and also refused to refund me. I left without my food and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM "HAPPY DRAGON"
Mediocre Chinese food with an abundant veggie to meat ratio. The Kung Pao beef maybe had 2 oz of beef, barely any cashews, and was packed with the cheap stuff (carrot, celery). The orange chicken had several pieces of orange peels and fried breading rather than chicken. Pretty disappointed and unlikely ordering from here again despite it is the closest Chinese place to me.
Ordered Vegetable soup and steamed rice for a pick up @4. Arrived at the restaurant at 4 to pick up. Took several minutes for someone to even come up to the counter to greet, said food would be ready in a few minutes. Why did I choose a time for pick up if it wouldn't be ready? Someone came in to pick up their food and left before me. Waited another 10 minutes before my food was finally brought out- its soup and rice, don't you basically scoop these items out of a vessel into a container? The worst part about this ordeal was the fact that no apology whatsoever ever was offered and I left a tip! Wow. Other reviews state how rude they are, well, they're right.
Holy wonderful veggie egg rolls!!! Other food lacks a little flavor. Got orange chicken can not tell it’s orange except for the orange peels. But the crab rangoons and the Veggie egg rolls are sooo good. Rice was ok but once again lacked flavor. They were very fast. Carry out only. Chicken wings! How could I forget! They were huge and pretty good! Customer service SUCKS! Ordered on the phone they didn’t ask what size I wanted, and didn’t ask for a name just number, so when I came in the lady looked even more lost. I never got a total I had to ask before she hung up on me. Could be cultural difference but they are REALLY RUDE. As soon as you come in door it’s confined to a little space. Hope it doesn’t go down bc we have had this before and I would have given it a one star but it was a little better then last time
You know when you reheat food the next day and it’s lost it’s fresh texture, the sauce is clumped together and goopy and if it was chicken- it was now over cooked and chewy? The rice- dry and crispy with no moisture or freshness…..That was my to go order today. Bad quality, Not fresh, no flavor, just reheated dry food.This shouldn’t be called a Chinese restaurant. My bad for falling for it, but I won’t be back.
I have totally forgotten how rude they are here. They don't ask what size portions you want they just give you what ever. I would not recommend any one to come here and the food is not that great either. It's just the rudeness that's so hard to get past.
This is supposed to be Kung Pao Chicken with extra chicken. The pieces of chicken are smaller the size of dimes. There are more vegetables than chicken. I called the restaurant & was offered no recourse. This is not worth the $14.50 I paid. Hopefully this review will save someone from wasting their money on what turned out to be a veggie plate.
Sorry Happy Dragon we have to say goodbye. We've been regulars for years, but after covid your food quality continued to decline. Rice is dry, eggrolls are mushy, meat gets way overcooked, and the customer service lets face it has always been kind of meh, but your food always made up for it. We always hoped you'd bounce back, but we cant keep spending $30+ for two on food that is not worth it for us anymore. We wish you nothing, but the best.
It was very unfortunate that I visited this place last night around 9:00 pm for a take out order. The lady at the front desk was very rude and obnoxious with no customer service ethics. I only wanted to place an order for a take out; but the lady at the front desk seemed to be very much unwelcoming. On the contrary when she had another customer while I was waiting for the order; the lady at the front desk came across very nice and polite. This seems to be a typical example of profiling customers and not providing equal customer service to everybody; irrespective of who they are as a person. I would say " Avoid visiting this place absolutely, do not visit this place ! very unfriendly !!! "
