I like freebird burrito because they have different sizes (half bird, regular, free bird). They also vegan/vegetarian protein options plus potatoes which are my favorite. The rice is not as good as chipotle but worth trying if anyone wants to try different burritos.

Today's lunch choice: Freebirds in Round Rock Outlets mall. The place was not crowded and we were able to place our orders within 10 minutes after arrival. I decided to order the Monster Burrito in spicy cayenne tortilla, with seasoned chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, sauteed peppers and onions, pico de Gallo, grilled corn salsa, lettuce, cheese and finally topped with Habanero sauce. Man, that was badass. ?

I love Freebirds and have been going to different locations for years. Always been a fan and their food is good and I’d rather support an Austin business than a multinational corporation like chipotle. But I ordered 5 different entrees for pickup and one was messed up completely, another was missing some items. The staff they had that day didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable or well trained

Tasteless. Bland. Very average food. It was a random choice, but will never eat there again. There is a great example of a great burrito chain- Baja Fresh ( West Coast). You are too far away from them, in terms of a distance and quality.

Freebirds is good. They were better pre COVID, when they had the spicy ground beef, better chips and dips, and desserts. But we still eat there on occasion, and it's not bad at all.

We're on a low carb diet and are visiting from out of town. Meeting friends for dinner they recommended Freebirds because of their bowl option with cauli-rice. I'm so glad they did! It was really delicious and fresh! I wish we had this restaurant where we live because I would definitely go back and try the different meat and salsa options. Our friends got the freebird and halfbird, and they looked very filling. I'd highly recommend trying this place, especially for a low carb diet!

The restaurant of the !!!rest!!! , if you want to peacefully sleep, play, check all your chats, talk on the phone and even watch a game of your choice, this is the ideal place, your employees with their slow delivery of takeout orders make this an experience very slow. Catering takeaway orders take up to 50 minutes to be delivered after the indicated time, its employees are very inefficient and let's not even talk about the manager who is conspicuous by his absence, really a unique experience to tell about the opposite that a restaurant should do in attention to your customers. … You know if you want a long break for your deliveries this is the recommended place !!! sweet Dreams!!! ???????

The steak was dry, seemed to be overcooked. And the cashier lady was on her phone while checking me out at the register, I literally had to ask her for my cup because she was so focused on her phone. I understand having fun at work but don't be disrespectful right in front of the customer, be professional and put yalls phone down just for a second to do your job

Never went to Freebirds before and decided to try it out. Good Lord, it was awfull. The whole place felt absolutely depressing, employees seemed apathetic to a point of not wanting to be there. Ordered a simple Freebird burrito and every ingredient in it was either poorly cooked or lack of said ingredient. The tortilla itself was soggy and nearly fell apart as I ate it. Hardly worth the $14 or so dollars for a large drink and subpar burrito. Rather just give my money to Taco Bell or Chipotle.

It was a very bad experience. I will never come here again . The guy making our burritos wasn’t having a good day he said and wasn’t nice . The cilantro lime rice was more like mash potatoes it wasn’t cooked right . And the season chicken was more like the frozen pre-cooked rubbery chicken . I regret coming here for dinner ! If I could give it a zero star I would. Never again
