Great steak burgers and shakes. We went to McDonald's first because our kid wanted a happy meal. Their attendant didn't even make eye contact or speak a word. 5 minutes later we were at Freddy's and the attendant chatted us up and even threw in some free fries because the order took a little longer than usual. We didn't mind because the burgers were so fresh. Customer service and great food.
This a go to place for us for dessert on 620. Unfortunately the last couple times we’ve gone they were closed early. The first time was on a Saturday at 910 (Closed) and just today at 645 (Closed). Such a bummer. I know that staffing shortages make things hard, but maybe changing to reduced hours on the website, so people are traveling all the way there just to be let down.
The food was okay, for me. I would need to try another location to compare taste. I really like the customer service that was provided, that day. We got our food in a reasonable time and the restaurant was clean.

Love the food but it always seems like the location on 727 Round Rock Avenue Round Rock, TX 78681 always closes way before 9pm. I came at 8:20pm and all lights were off and the last employee was leaving the parking lot.
At this Freddys, the restroom is cleaner than the dining area! I was the very first one served today, 4/02/2022. On the counter where you pick up your food, the grease was totally covering the counter. So I go to grab some sweet tea. Someone started making tea, apparently lost interest, leaving the whisk lying on the counter in a puddle of tea. I then ask for some sweet tea, the lady behind the counter doesn’t even acknowledge me, points to another guy with a mask on. Masked man goes to finish the tea, grabs the whisk that was in the puddle, and starts stirring it up while telling me about his great tea making capabilities. I go to sit at my table, which has spots of grease all over it, and I notice that every table has grease in certain spots, even on the sides of the seats!!! Pretty nasty, I won’t go back to this one again. But, the bathroom was totally spotless!!
I enjoy Freddie’s, but it doesn’t close at 10pm like it’s company website says for this location. I went at 845pm, lights off and shuttered. Thanks for letting me waste my lunch break on an overnight shift.
Very friendly staff, fast service. My burger was great. Very flavorful!! The shoestring fries were soooo good.
Burger is good & flavorful. If you like shoe string French fries then this is your place. I'm not a shoe string fry lover. Staff friendly, clean inside and out.
Restaurant failed to post signs at drive thru stating temporary hours. Staff were extremely rude. Went up the rode to Dairy Queen. They never disappoint.
