Hamburger Burgers Fast Food

I like Five Guys and I had no issues with the food. But there were 3 kids working there that really need more /better training. When I arrived there were two other couples in the store. One couple went back to the counter twice to fix their order. The other couple ended up getting their money back and leaving as they were done trying to explain what they wanted. My burger came out but they forgot my fries and had to drop them in the frier once I brought it to their attention.

Disclaimer: this was my experience at the Five Guys location. It is not indicative of anyone else’s experience other than my own.I started this job about a month ago, and I can say it’s one of the worst employment experiences I’ve ever had. It seemed like a great deal at first, as $15/ hr was being advertised. Not “up to 15”— a straight $15/hour offer. This quickly proved to be a trap after I received my first paycheck and noticed a much lower rate. When this place tells you they will give you an increase for finishing all of the training videos by a certain time, THEY ARE LYING. When I confronted them about this, they tried to say it was never discussed.Aside from the pay, another issue at Five Guys is the disrespectful and, arguably, pathetic staffing. If you are a newbie, they will be sure to treat you like one! I’m talking bottom of the food chain, scum of the earth. They boast their 3-5 years of time with the company like it’s the greatest thing in the world. The cliques were obvious within the first week. The management is seriously lacking in skill, considering they were fine with keeping the store open even when the heat AND the AC went out. As unpredictable as Texas weather is, that’s a problem. One day I was freezing to death, the next I was literally melting from the heat to the point I felt like I was going to throw up.Moral of the story, pick a different place to work.

Listen there hamburgers are AWESOME....with that said however, I just can't get behind the price....i don't care how good your burgers are it shouldn't cost 45.00 for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and two cokes.. thats why I gave it four stars because the food really is great. but the prrrriiiiiiiiicccccceeeee......daaaaaammmmm......

Woke up craving for a good burger. Stopped at the Five Guys for lunch and ordered a cheeseburger ALL THE WAY and added grilled onions and jalapeños.So juicy. So good. It hit the spot. ???

Pros: The place is clean, it’s located in a good area, & they pay their employees a living wage.Cons: HOME OF THE BORING HAMBURGER NO FLAVOR! On the inside it has ppls reviews of how great the burgers and fries are and let me tell you. It’s all a lie!! My kids were like this doesn’t have any flavor and they ate it only because I made them. AND THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS FOR SUCH BLAND FOOD!I would like my money back ??‍♀️

We went to the 5 Guys in RR @ I-35 and Louis Henna last night and ordered 2 "little cheeseburgers ", one small fries and one small drink and not only was it $29 for just that, but we got our burgers home and there was nothing on the burgers but meat, cheese and bread despite the fact that the receipt attached to the bag had the list of vegetables and condiments listed. We will never be back! First of all, I already felt ripped off by the prices, but then to have the burgers taste terrible it was very disappointing. We have been there in the past and remember the food being good. Never again!

Expensive! Wow, over $45 for wife and i to eat a burger, fries and a soft drink. Unreal. Oh, you want drinks and fries with that ok add +$18. First and last time in this place. Fries were not great. Wife bearly ate hers and she loves fries.

Nice and thick burger. This was my friend’s recommendation for me (coming from Japan for study abroad) Free peanut was definitely an interesting experience from my perspective.

Burger was fine but there was a hair in my fries. I ordered through doordash so they took care of the refund, but when I tried to call the store to let them know of this no one answered.

Overpriced, paid $80 for 3 orders of hamburgers, french fries, and 2 cokes. They got my order wrong as I ordered my HB with bacon and there was no bacon to be found. These hamburgers were no better than Wendy's. Will not be back.
