Horrible with preparing delivery orders. Waited 30 min then had to cancel and was charged for absolutely no food. Never ordering here again.
I really fell in love with Firehouse subs after recently moving here. I've eaten at this location a bunch. However, I was in the restaurant earlier today and I noticed a dead upside down roach on the floor near the counter. I had meant to advise the lovely staff about it but I was running short on time for work.I write this not to bash, but to alert the restaurant as well as customers to this issue and I hope Firehouse can alert pest control.When there's one roach, there's almost certainly more. Especially if they are roaming in broad daylight.If I see another next time I'm in the restaurant, I'll probably be avoiding this location.Thank you all for your lovely customer service and I hope y'all can get the pest issue sorted.
We were next door at Disc tire and thought we would give this place a try. We loved it, so much that my husband was going there 2 a week. UNTIL last week. We went in a stood in line, right before our turn in walks a highschooler goes straight to the regs, clickin, then his too the back. Later he comes back w an apron pulling threads off of it and throwing it in the floor. Not the trash can the floor. He goes straight and starts touching the bread.Big sign behind the regs All Employees wash Your hands! But he didn't. We finally make it to the regs. I asked the lady if she is the manager and she said yes. I tell her about it. She rudely snaps at him and was rude to us about our order. We won't be back.
I enjoyed eating here with my wife and daughter. They made our food fast and was very friendly. Great service we will be back.
First sandwich was made incorrectly, second sandwich made incorrectly. At this point I’m convinced somebody don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered a club on a sub how do you not put the deli mustard(that supposed to come on the sandwich) I will be calling back again today!
The steak on my Firehouse Steak & Cheese was spoiled, raw, or undercooked. The few bites that I took left me with severe stomach pain all day and night and I am still having pain this morning. I hope it stops soon because I don’t want to go to the hospital.
I love hot sandwiches. This is my favorite place! Way better than Quiznos.
Good sandwiches for sure. Steak and cheese is bomb! Only reason for 4 star is this location would not do a medium grilled grilled cheese for my wife. All other locations in Austin we have been to will.

Terrible quality and service. Ordered online and had to wait inside awhile (with possible Covid exposure) until our order was ready. Health risk and unappealing food. Plenty of other sub shops to choose instead.
