OMG WHERE DO I BEGIN WITH THIS LOCATION!! they are all incredibly sweet and so much fun to chat with! i have grown to meet more of the team members with every trip i make since i am there quite often. the coffee is so yummy!!!! i had a cruddy weekend with work and i stopped by today and my fave brorista’s hooked me up and wrote me a little note!!!! i will never go anywhere else but here. the gal with the green highlights, nose piercing & septum is so sweet and cute! we had a lil chat today while i was waiting for my coffee and its little acts of service like that, that goes a very long way. i was having a bad morning and just that little interaction really lifted me up. debated about going back and asking her to be my friend because she was so sweet lol. coffee was also so good! i had tried dutch back in arizona one time and was obsessed. cool to see them branch out over here and hope for more locations out in central austin! <3
I love Dutch Bros, but this location is a no go for me. 3 visits, and two wrong drinks. Seems like it's run by kids who really aren't concerned whether you're getting what you ordered. This visit I ordered a blended rebel. It was pretty much packed like a snow cone into my cup I watched them scoop it over and over into the cup vs pour. It was also missing the soft top. I'lll drive to the Dutch Bros on Palm Valley even though this one is closer. They seem to knock it out of the park every time.
Dutch bros is always awesome. Happy that a coffee shop from my home is here in TX.
Love coming here for my cold brew fix. Prices are reasonable, customer service is exceptional each and every time, and the cold brew and hot coffee is great. I've earned so many free drinks!
Workers are quite fast and immediately serve the customer on time and meet our satisfaction.
