Normally I don't leave reviews but today I felt I needed to. I went to Dutch Bros because I was feeling depressed and this was only place I could think of that would cheer me up even just a little.The guy taking my order, I believe his name was Aiden, and I were talking so I told him to surpise me with whatever drink would help me feel less depressed. He took the time to think of a delicious coffee and then proceeded to give me some kind words. I no longer felt as alone as I had before speaking with him and that warmed my heart.As I get my drink I see that they had written on it some kind words (In the picture above/below). It was so sweet and genuine I didn't even know how to react. I said thank you and left with tears in my eyes (the good kind, don't worry). They definitely had a positive impact on my day.I know this is a long review and not many people will read it but I just wanted them to know that the little things they did in their day were big things in my day. Thank you everyone who helped me today. I hope one day I can repay your kindness.
My new favorite coffee brand. Love their hot latte and cold toffee frappe. So goooood!
Dutch Bros is one of my favorite coffee stops. Don't let the line deter you, as it moves pretty quickly. They have an amazing amount of options from frozen blended coffee to their energy drinks (which you can also get frozen). Everything tastes great. It's a huge plus that they have plenty of kid-friendly options, as well. They have more flavors than I've seen at any other coffee shop. The employees are all kind and helpful. I'd like to see a few more around the Austin area.
Service was wonderful, cheerful, delightful, and very helpful! The drinks where amazing!!!The employees in Oregon and here are all alike in that way which says another about this chain. Other major chains are not that way... in fact sometimes quite the opposite which is why I quit going to those places.DUTCH BROS IS MY FAVORITE
I love dutch bros. I'm so happy they finally opened a location here. I understand they are really busy. However, the completely overlooked my vehicle, I had to get out of my car and get someone's attention. And when I asked if I could order then they asked me why I was being rude. Was being a little loud because they were three cars back and I waited until they finished with their orders before I said anything.
Okay wow first time at a Dutch Bros and I drove 20 minutes to try it out because a friend recommended it. A girl in a purple jacket with a braid and another girl with a black beanie with a puffer jacket on were the sweetest!! I have never been blown away with how just nice and kind they were to me! ? Absolutely loved my coffee and muffin top too!! ? First time and I was impressed!!
First time here and I loved everything about my experience. They have staff standing outside of the drive thru to take your order and answer any questions you have. The staff here have such a welcoming demeanor and provide fantastic service. Be sure to ask for a pup cup, which is whipped cream and a dog treat. I ordered the hazelnut truffle mocha which was AMAZING! Get it with oat milk, you won't regret it.
They are one of the best coffee shops. My husband and I have been married for 25years. We have started dating all over again. We love long drives and we love coffee. We frequently visit various coffee shops within a 20 mile radius. Dutch Brothers coffee shop in Round Rock on Palm Valley (79) is clean, organized, quick. The staff are welcoming, friendly and personable. They are very modestly dressed and professional demeanor. There are many good coffee shops, but if the line is long it goes by very fast. Highly recommend you support these college students working here. Music is groovy too!
Today was the first time we tried Dutch Bros Coffee. The coffee and muffins tops were delicious. The customer service was even more wonderful. The young woman for took our order was so nice and friendly and helped us navigate the menu. Sorry I did not get her name but she had dark hair and was working around 1:00pm. Tanner at the window was a pleasure to talk to. He was so happy and friendly. We loved the experience today and will be going back to try more of your coffee and pastries. The trip to Dutch Bros Coffee made my day!
It was just okay. The cold brew “nitro” wasn’t so nitro and had ice, a bunch of it in fact. Nice place though and a bit of a wait since it was so busy. The sitting area and tables were great with the big windows open and the cool breeze.
