This is not a review of this location just of Dunkin Dounuts in general.Dunkin Dounuts is gross you would be better off eating day old gas station Dounuts. Thier breakfast sandwiches are like eating microwaved garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to literally anyplace else. There is 0 reason to attempt to eat anything they have to offer. I will never again give this place a cent.
Friendly employees and great coffee/drinks and donuts.... Menu has grown sooo much... More selection of food and drinks to satisfy every pallet. Great experience ? ? A++!
Wow…..this location literally surprised me! I’m an charli cold foam addiction and there’s normally once in awhile visits that’d have me turn back to the cashier and request for replacement or additional to meet my mandate taste pleasant satisfaction…..I came in this location after ordered about 10 mins before. I typed note to one of cashier, the guy with hair bun, I’m deaf and let him know I ordered mobile. He searched for my order and found my cup of Charli cold foam…..DUDE I never asked him and he took his own time and effort to add more cold charli foam and added cinnamon sugar and replaced new lid….I’m so shocked. It’s the customer’s fault for not showing up on time even the Dunkin donut app would suggest me to arrive on time for enjoying the foam….he gave me extra cold foam and had me walked out the door SMILE!! Kudos and HATS OFF for this guy!!!! Good service clean place and seriously interests in caring of customers satisfaction!!!! TEN STARS!!!!!
Make sure double check your order before leaving drive thru because at least three times we were shorted food items.
I've been coming here since I moved to RR years ago. As of late the drive thru has been SLOW. I waited for 30 minutes today to get my coffee that I ordered thru the app. Once I made it home I realized the food order was incorrect ??♀️ Hopefully they get it worked out. I love the coffee at Dunkin but I may change where I get coffee if it continues to take this long in the drive thru. (The inside was not busy at all)
Went inside where Staff was really reluctant to serve people inside. They actually sent some people out thru the drive thru that came in. Then surly staff on the register. Weird experience.
Thought I give this location a second try. Same result. Coffee’s were made wrong, sarcastic cashier. Not all, but some of this staff needs to be retrained at this location on how to make a good coffee
The line was long but it only took me 10min to get my order. Which wasn't bad considering how long the line was. Great coffee!
I ordered hot latte on two consecutive days and it was barely warm. It was close to room Temperature. Blame it on the long line or broken machine. It's not fair. I am not coming back anytime sooner.
Today was a great DD day. I know how hard the retail environment is. I have worked in it for over 20 years. The RP team today knocked it out of the park. Order was 100%. The gentlemen at the window was kind and considerate. We asked for a an extra bag as we were delivering to a sick family member and he wished my family well from all of them. Great job and i know it will get better. Thanks again!!
