Just had their croissant breakfast sandwich sausage, egg, and cheese. It was delicious!! And the coffee is good as well. Small local place that fit what I was looking for perfectly.
This place suffers from having one of the most generic names ever placed upon a location and selling very generic donuts in a town that has the incredible round Rock donuts less than a mile away from them. What this place has that round rock donuts doesn't have are incredible kolaches and assorted breakfast foods. (RR donuts kolaches are garbage)I think if this place played to it's strengths and renamed themselves kolache 35 or whatever, they would attract a crowd that is looking for something other than donuts. It may not be fair to say that the donut game is rigged in round rock but it sort if is. I will definitely be coming back here for kolaches but never for donuts, unfortunately those just are not great here. For a taste of something great, order El Mexicano, hell order 2, you won't regret it. Ok you might regret it a little, but it'll be the sort of regret you forget about.
This place is a hidden gem among doughnut shops. They are so delicious and fresh, the ladies that run it are super stars and coffee is delicious too. Try their apple fritters or the cream cheese filled doughnuts....they will not disappoint
We'll pass. Hardly any selection or variety of any donuts around 1pm, donut holes not fresh...definitely wouldn't go back. Counter lady was nice, food was edible but nothing great.
Good prices, professional customer service and friendly, good donuts 5 stars says it all ! ? ?
Not very good. Kolache sausage tasted more like a hot dog, says there's cheese in it, but, I couldn't see any. Also cashier tipped herself on my card! Could not believe it! Said total was $7.57, and I see a charge for 9.04!
Solid donuts. Got a small kolache, Apple fritter, donut holes, blueberry cake donut and chorizo taco.I loved the chorizo taco. I could actually taste the chorizo, unlike some places I’ve been to. My only problem was that it was dry, I got everything to go so I added some hot sauce at home. The fritter was pretty big, and both crisp and gooey. Blueberry cake donut was good, but could use more blueberry taste. However that’s my complaint with nearly every blueberry cake donut. Donut holes were solid.I will be going back to try more!
Delicious breakfast tacos, hand crafted Donut designs and the SALSA is just the right kick in the morning. Clean and with a huge new variety of drinks its my go to breakfast stop!
Visited on our way home from Austin...the 2 ladies working we're so sweet and friendly!! We had fruit kolaches, a sausage roll, spinach kolache and cake donut. All very tasty...well done ladies of Donut 79!(my only regret was not getting to try the potato and egg taco? I didn't see the sign until we'd paid...my bad!)
Cannot beat freshly made corn tortillas!
