This Domino's is the best in my area!! We order often and over the past 3 years there was only 1 error in our toppings. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The pizzas and lava cakes are deliciously perfect. The online coupons save a lot.
Super slow and never on time, the online timer is a joke for these guys; Ordered multiple times and never got even a simple order within 75 mins.There was a time when they forgot to prepare my order and after an hour when I enquired, they started making it; Definitely do not recommend
This is my favorite Dominos in the area. I would rather drive to pick it up from this specific location than have to get delivery from the Wells Branch location that’s assigned to my address (because every.single.time it arrives COLD).These guys make the orders perfect and I get it hot. Win win
Consistently one of the best chain stores around. Food is always great tasting and warm; ordering online/app is simple and usually has good deals. Only complaints I have is that delivery is extremely pricey and slow, curbside workers can sometimes have a slight "attitude", and picking up from the counter can take forever. Make sure to NEVER order by phone since I mean why would you when online ordering is 100 times more accurate and you get free rewards?
The employees here are liers and have such bad attitudes especially Felicia. She’s a rude and unprofessional employee. We can see her parents didn’t do there job either. What a shame just sad. Service sucks and food takes too long and they never answer there phones!
I waited more than 2 hours for my pizza be delivery, plus my address was wrong and the delivery was nasty with me and instead for delivered my pizza he decided to go back to the store get another deliver, go to the other house and my pizza was the last one.I want my money back! Is insane that i waited more than 2 hours for one pizza, which was cold and the man who deliver my pizza was nastyDon't order your pizza in this store, they are the worst!!
I suppose I should have checked the reviews here before I placed my order. But it seems they are consistently inconsistent. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive, was cold, and sloppily thrown together. I can’t ‘report an issue’ in the app because the driver hasn’t marked it as delivered yet.I received one of those ‘freebies’ for a later purchase, but why on earth would I bother with service like this? I know staff shortages are a major issue across the board, but perhaps Dominos should invest their money in their staff for better acquisition and retention than on these bandaids.
We purchased the Exstravaganza Pizza on Weds. It was good. We have purchased pizza here before and for the most part they have been good.We have also had good luck with thier deliveries
I've literally been on hold for an hour, no one will answer the phone. I guess Domino's Round Rock has no workers. I'm hanging up now going to Pizza Hut.
ZERO STARS! Unfortunately, the Round Rock (Gattis School Rd) location has always had problems getting orders correct, slow delivery times, and even more so...Never answering the phones! It is rare when any of the combination of these end up turning out ok. Good Luck!
