Update: Decided to give it another try & I give 5 stars. Good service.Not sure why I'm even giving 2 stars but I am... 1st I order online & place order by 8:20pm. I get email saying it'll be ready by 8:43pm.. I get here @ 8:50 because I drove from Austin & order not ready. Them the guy working tells me I they ain't going to get to my order because they are closing & I say well one I ordered online at 8:23p & then I just drove 25 mins from Austin to get here & he looks at the computer & says okay... They make my order then but now I have to wait.... While making it the lady tells me there is no Mac and cheese so I just say give me corn to leave. This was such a bad experience & I don't & won't recommend or coming back.
I Jane been ordering from them for quite some time but be warned- every delivery order is incorrect. I don't know why they ask if you want pickles and onions- they never send them!And forgive me for wanting BBQ sauce with my order! They never send that either... Am I supposed to choke down my nrisket and ribs?? I call and let them know and they say they are just busy. The three stars I have are because I like the food. I am going to have to find another BBQ place.:(
Worst experience ever at a dickeys, cashier was so incompetent asked us 4 times what we wanted to drink, left our food on the serving line for almost 10min and then forgot what our sides were, then asked what we wanted for sauce and didn't bring it till we were almost done. To top the whole experience off my brisket and sausage sandwich and my coworkers pulled pork and sausage sandwich where both cold, not left out room temp but right out of the fridge cold. Informed the guy cutting meat and all we got was a sorry... I will never come back again.
Enjoyed my lunch ribs are very flavor Ashton' and Adrian had Amazing Customer Servcie. Will return to this location.
rude, horrible staff! Food was missing and food that arrived was wrong. Manager hung up repeatedly.
I ordered a burnt end sandwich and it was terrible. Nothing about it was burnt ends, it's was 90 percent fat, raw and almost unedible. Very disappointed
Consistently forgets sides and often whole entrees on our Uber delivery orders. To the point me and the roomie place wagers on which of us won't be eating this evening.
Of my order I didn’t receive the Baked Potato Casserole and I ordered a rack of Dr Pepper ribs … they were good just didn’t have Dr. Pepper bbq sauce on them … of all it was ok
I'm highly satisfied with the customer service that they have here at this restaurant. I walked in my very first time there at that restaurant and the people who actually helped me out were really nice and courteous. They explained to me every detail on the menu including fixings, sides things like that I can have other options etc. I would definitely be coming back to this restaurant again because of how good the food is and how extremely helpful the staff is.
It's always spot on Freshly cooked BBQ meats, with variety for everybody. This locations hospitality always goes beyond, with customer service better than average. The manager & crew have been oberserved working non-stop with an ability to be of service with greetings to acknowledge its customer base. Clean establishment & quick check out... 6 stars if i could . . . thank you.
