I used to buy DQ in Mexico gudalajara, it had the best taste ever, my favorite was Choco brownie extreme blizzard. But in this location I got very very very disappointed with Choco brownie extreme blizzard. I felt like they used expired brownies in the blizzard... and the chocolate icecream used in the blizzard was not good in taste , 5$ got wasted. The taste was not the same which I used to get in Mexico gudalajara. The ingredients used in the blizzard looks less quality and expired products.I would like to give 0 star as review.
I ordered at the usual dinner time... i got steak finger basket, hamburger, chicken strips, with a grilled cheese kids meal. The fries we received were cold and tasted old. My daughters grilled cheese sandwich was very bland. Again. Fries were cold. The chicken strips were very hard. Like they were overcooked or left under the hot lamp for tooo long. Again. Fries were gross. The burger was not great either according to my son. The meat tasted old, parts of the meat were hard. Fries were the same. I had no issues with the steak finger basket other than the toast being crunchy and the fries. The fries were horrible.Im not sure if this is a usual thing or not.. this was my first time at this location, so i dont know, but I'd say eat somewhere else.
I am a frequent customer at this location. However, this will be my last visit. While waiting on the window to get my blizzards, a young lady employee got something on her hands and started licking all her fingers. She was not wearing gloves and DID NOT wash her hands after. She then continued making desserts while grabbing everything with her dirty hands. Not acceptable. Management must do something as this is a severe health hazard. Wife and I decided to throw desserts away. Very very disgusting
I ordered and paid for steak fingers and got these dried up chicken fingers! I worked 15 hours and was tired. I drive home, showered, and sat down to enjoy my food. Never going back! Oh and Madison at the window needs to work on her customer service skills! Don't come to the window thinking your on the next customer and then say 'oh' with disappointment oozing from your lips like I was your worse enemy.l, and quickly slam the window shut!! Too many fails at this location (309 W Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX)!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Went through the drivethru tonight around 8:30pm. Ordered a banana split with the alteration of subtract pineapple, add peanut butter. The girl at the window looked at the screen, looked at the dessert, then proceeded to put it in a bag. We checked it as we pulled off and it was wrong. Went inside but they were too overwhelmed to even take care of the current customers.
Blizzards are always short it's a bunch of kids who don't understand money yet working here. And I left my vape there on accident but I was told By an employee or was thrown away. How professional is that.
I usually think very highly of Dairy Queen, but this location has a lot to be considered. If you want your burger without something, it just seems to be frowned upon by the staff here, so much that we found onions and a smiley face when checking for accuracy. I wanted to give this place many chances but I felt very disrespected as a customer! I've done my best to be understanding in the past. That's not okay. I did talk to a manager after we had lunch and she was in a hurry to disconnect the call after we talked. No goodbye or thanks.
If I could give no stars I would. Nasty service and when I opened my chicken box I saw my gravey opened and dumped all over my cold half frozen fries. All over my chicken strips and bread. How about learning your job and do better instead of wasting peoples money and time.
Today my daughter and hubby stopped and said the nachos were excellent and the cheese was nice and hot and all over every chip. the ice cream was also amazing and the service was exceptional. Thanks ?
Went to DQ for food and ice cream which were both satisfactory. The employees obviously did not want to be there. The lady who took our order seemed quite unhappy and not friendly in the least. I will probably not be returning to this dairy queen
