Went to this location at 11:15 AM on a Wednesday. Myself…along with 5 other cars waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru line to order. After I was able to get out of line to drive around….no one appeared to even be there to take the orders. This is not the first bad experience at this location…it’s just the first time that I left a review.
Fire all the staff. Hire monkeys. They'd do a better job a making the correct orders and better cooked food.Don't waste your money here the staff does not care and everything about this place reflects that.Currently contacting the churches chick headquarters to lodge a formal complaint.

Well had to call Churchs Corporate office and report that I made an order but when I went to pick up my order the location closed. This location gave me the number to DoorDash support when my order was made through Olo.com so of course DoorDash was clueless to why I was sent to them. Anyways I called corporate and detailed the events and also that the closing time on their website was 10pm but was told by a manager they closed at 8pm the day I ordered. Of course I’ve would been happy if they just gave me my order but apparently that was never an option.Follow up just received an email from churchs chicken corporate office that a refund is being processed. I am so happy everything has been corrected.
The lady Manager was very rude when taking my order. I ask to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager. I didn't make a purchase and had driven there from Hutto for years. I won't be going back. Service means a lot as well as good food.
Dude was so rude. Went in to pick up an uber order. Didnt see there was a sign on the door. Walked in (door was unlocked). Had to use restroom. When I came out, a young man was so rude. Will not deliver for this location, nor eat here again.
Went thru the drive thru at 11:30am and sat for 6 minutes with no one talking to me. Drive to the front to verify the hours, it's drive thru only and they opened at 11am, looking thru the door nothing was turned on equipment wise. I know the probably only employee working knew I was there, she went out the back door to take pictures of the cops and there's no way they didn't see me. It's courteous to at least tell a person you're closed for whatever reason instead of making me sit and wait, well I went to your competitor instead to eat, I guess you were too busy doing something in the back you shouldn't be doing?
Really? Just one person working on a Friday night? Horrible she has to work alone. No wonder no one is answering the drive thru. Even before Covid this place always has some type of issue with chicken shortage or somebody just not wanting to work it seems like
There was no cheese in the jalapeños poppers and the breading is so overcooked it’s like chewing glue.
I went through drive-thru and ordered a 5 piece tender combo with okra and a sprite. I ordered a extra side which was corn on the cob. My combo was made with no biscuit! That was very disappointing.. As well as my okra was cold and my corn on the cob had no wooden stick inserted inside of it which made me wonder how was it taken out of the metal pot…It was also supposed to be dipped in butter and that didn’t happen! I tried to call the store literally over 10 times and no one ever answered. I was so upset because I literally went to this churches the day before and ordered the exact same thing minus the corn and it was the best food ever!
