This Chipotle is the worst one I have ever been to. It’s the closest one to my house so we keep coming, but I’m constantly disappointed. Whenever I order through the app they always mess up my order. I like extra sour cream and I frequently get none at all. They are skimpy with the meat and guacamole. The guacamole makes me mad since I pay extra for that. Recently, their lobby has been closed multiple times on random days of the week. Since I don’t trust them to make my online order correctly I always drive up here. Then I get here and realize I have to order online anyway because the lobby is closed. It’s a huge waste of my time. I LOVE Chipotle and this one gives the chain a bad reputation. I think the Chipotle chain needs to get involved and help this location get it figured out.

Worst. Chipotle. Ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed my order via the app and arrived at the time I requested for pick up. There was a line of people waiting to pick up their orders. When I finally got my order and returned home, I was missing my chips and opened my bowl to find I received a literal bowl of sour cream and guacamole. Very little rice, beans or meat. I just paid $20 for a lunch I cannot eat. Very disappointing as I’ve been eating at different stores for years. I will drive 10 (maybe more) miles to a different store before returning to this one.

While I do want to shout out to the staff for handling today they were severely backed up with online orders with plenty of customers in line. They remained professional and polite the whole time. My rating drop though is the product you receive for the money you pay no longer adds up. When I get a burrito the size of one at Taco Bell and still charged $10+ it’s not worth it anymore.

Best quick Mexican food. When I went to this location, they are only taking online orders because they have less staff but they made the food ready very quicklyThought of trying new Pollo recipe but they ran out of itVery cool outdoor seating, felt so pleasant

I would rate them closer to two stars. I love Chipotle and they are my favorite go-to place for Mexican-type fast food. The first problem was that the lobby was closed. We had to order through the app. Some places, that’s okay because the food is not made to order. Three of the four burritos were not made correctly and two had the wrong meat. This doesn’t happen when I am standing there watching them make my burrito. We had to take them home to eat. It was a short drive of about 7 minutes, but by the time we were home, the food was cool-not fully cold, but we did need to pop them in the microwave to make them taste better. And that right there is the problem. No one should ever say we popped it into the microwave to make it taste better. I will continue to enjoy Chipotle, but probably not at this location.

This visit to Chipotle was extremely disappointing. I understand everyone is short staffed, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was very unacceptable! The quality of the food was terrible. The tortillas were very dry & rice was not cooked well. They were out of napkins & ice. My fiancé & I go here often & the service at this restaurant has really declined in the last month.

This location has proven time and time again that they should NOT be in business. They refuse to contact you to let you know if they are out of something you ordered. For example, I ordered a steak burrito, white rice, no beans, green Chile, sour cream, and cheese. Instead of calling to say they are out of steak, they just send me a CHICKEN burrito, with black beans, rice, sour cream, green chile, and cheese. Why not just call and ask if the substitution is OK? Same thing with ordering chips and queso, if they are out of chips, they just send you a tub of queso without ever letting you know they’re out of chips or offering a refund. This is the 3rd time and I’m tired!!! I wish you could choose which location to order delivery from bc this is awful! Please do better, Sun Dance location! PLEASE.

Chipotle is usually Da Bomb! Not this visit, crew/staff seemed very unhappy to be at work today, we saw probably 4 or 5 crew just wandering around in the back area, drink station was a mess, ice and water on the floor.....and, I'm sorry but the bag of chips and guacamole we got were no where close to worth $7

Worst Chipotle location. Consistently a bad experience with to go orders (never ready on time, small portions even when ordering double meat). Recommend going to a different location if you can.

I've frequented Chipotle since they first opened back in the early 90's (not this particular store). I remember the freshness, unique taste and overall great meals I used to get from Chipotle. But it seems those days are long gone. I'm new to Austin, but not new to Chipotle and it's clear they are sacrificing quality in order to get their brand all over the globe. Today I ordered chicken soft tacos with corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. We got two orders (three tacos per order) and out of the six tacos, there was no consistency. To start, they each had very little chicken. They do have an option to pay extra for more chicken, but why should I pay more for what used to be a standard amount of chicken on the tacos? It's a complete scam... they cut back little by little until it's so little, you need to pay extra just to get the normal amount of meat in your order. Worse was the corn salsa. How expensive can corn possibly be that they put so little on the taco! Without exaggeration, it wasn't even a tablespoon amount of corn on the taco. And the cheese was basically the same... just a few shreds. On some tacos, I'm not even sure there was cheese. As for the sour cream, that was the only part of the taco that seemed to have an adequate amount. Lastly, the flavor wasn't fresh. We don't live far and by the time we got home, they had the temperature of something just coming out of the refrigerator and about as fresh as something made 2-3 days ago. I keep trying Chipotle hoping they will get back to the amazing fresh hot food they used to serve. But each time I give it another try, I'm disappointed. I have no illusions anyone at the restaurant will make any changes after reading this but it's more of a reminder for myself to avoid Chipotle. I would have given it one star, but I ordered this through the mobile app and it was ready by the time I got there and we live just minutes away. It was easy enough to park in front, walk in, pick up our order and go. That part of our visit was great, but apart from that, I do not recommend.
