WOULDN'T SEAT HANDICAPPED CUSTOMER.We attempted to eat here today, 5/15/22, about 2:15 p.m. We brought a friend who is confined to a wheel chair. Diane, the hostess told us that she would not seat us at a handicapped accessible table because she "only had one waitress for the whole restaurant." They were putting everyone in the bar area. We asked to be seated at a regular table, a few steps into the dining room. Diane told us that the waitress could not go over there to take our order. She stated "it was against the rules." We tried to negotiate with her but she wouldn't change her mind. I asked her" Are you refusing service to a handicapped person?" She replied, "Yes, I can do what ever I want. " I was appalled and started to leave. When we asked for her name, she refused to tell us.On the way out, we did speak to one of the other waitresses who told us there were actually 3 waitstaff on duty, plus the bartender. That waitress is the one who told us Diane's name before we told her why we wanted it.I can't believe this happened. Diane is ignorant and needs some education. 2 other couples who were in line behind us, witnessed the exchange and also walked out.I would hope that anyone who has friends or loved ones with disabilities would think twice about eating here.Doug from Bertram, Tx

Horrible service! Worst experience we have had at a Chili's. The server isn't take care of us at all. We waited such a long time for her to even greet us. I understand if it was busy but it wasn't at all. Anytime we needed something we had to keep waving her over. She also let our queso sit under the heat lights for a while. I know that for a fact because we had a hard crust on top of our cheese. When the rest of our food can out the french fries were cold. This was our first and last time to go to this Chili's. I don't recommend it at all. Two thumbs down

The restaurant was severely understaffed (no bartender and about only half staffed). There were quite a few people here to eat. Despite that, we got our food quickly.

This was our second and last time eating here. This entire place was a hot mess. Wet paint everywhere, inattentive staff, undercooked food. I walked to the bathroom and looked over at the kitchen area to see a fan set up next to overflowing drains. Chunks of foods piled on the floor, either side of it. This was directly under the serving station. We asked multiple times for napkins, finally had to get up and grab some myself. Watched other customers walk over and get silverware from the server station as well. Avoid this place until there's different management.

They were under staffed but the food was fresh hot and great!

Foods always good when we pick up curbside! Had a small issue with my order and spoke with the manager Brooke. She was very understanding and kind and resolved my issue. Great customer service!

Another horribly staffed business. No one to seat people. Had a staff member in street clothes offer to seat me even though he was early to work and not of the clock. That was nice. I decided to just taut at the bar. Unsurprisingly I sat there for no less than 5 minutes and whisjc when you are hungry and thirsty feels like 20 minutes. Bartender shows up finally and goes to share and compare photos with a customer while telling me she would be there shortly. F you guys. Share photos while making customers wait. Well done.

When our food (1 order of beef fajitas) finally arrived 40 minutes after we sat down, it was missing 75% of the normal amount of meat and the amount that came, enough for maybe 2 little fajitas, was cold. This disrespect for customers extends to the bar area booth seat benches, where I witnessed 2 of them sliding off a raised platform, spilling their occupants. There are lots of Chilis in this part of Texas so save yourself injury and a ruined meal by choosing one of them instead!

I usually like chili's, but my experience on this particular day was horrible. I ordered online and still ended up waiting almost an hour for my food and when I received my food it was disgusting. It was cold, they gave me sauce instead of salsa and the chips were very stale. The chicken was dried out and stale and cold. The corn was mushy and nasty. The tortilla soup was mushy. It was very busy that Sunday evening, but still no excuse to serve nasty food, give the customer the option to cancel the order or replace items not available.

The service was great. The food was great. Not over crowded, just laid back, the way I like it to be when I'm at a place to stuff my face. Will be a go to from now on when I'm working in the area. Thanks for the great experience Chili's of Round Rock. Delgado Approved!!!
