The restaurant was severely understaffed (no bartender and about only half staffed). There were quite a few people here to eat. Despite that, we got our food quickly.
When our food (1 order of beef fajitas) finally arrived 40 minutes after we sat down, it was missing 75% of the normal amount of meat and the amount that came, enough for maybe 2 little fajitas, was cold. This disrespect for customers extends to the bar area booth seat benches, where I witnessed 2 of them sliding off a raised platform, spilling their occupants. There are lots of Chilis in this part of Texas so save yourself injury and a ruined meal by choosing one of them instead!
nice customer service and good food
Went for curbside delivery. Arrived within 5 mins of my pickup time and checked in to my parking space. There are a few cars next to me, and I do see a few orders bagged up ready to go on the shelf inside. I'm a very patient person when it comes to the food service industry. Long story short, the lady in the car next to me got tired of waiting and went inside. She came back out with her order and mentioned that I should probably go inside. I went inside, the girl at the count
food was good services was great
We got here and there was 2 servers working . Each server had 2 tables . 2 . We waited over 40 min to be sat . Each server was waiting on 6-7 people. Why are we waiting ?!?!

I haven’t ate at a Chili’s in months, and this place has really turned me off after my experience during the Covid era. I was very disappointed in the quality of food, very subpar, and there’s no excuse or reason why my corn on the cob was hotter than my lukewarm chicken crispers ugh! Just lame and disgusting smh...
