Being a loyal customer we stopped at this location. Traffic was slow 2 cars at that time instead of ordering thru the app we went drive thru. Our order came wrong again like my last 3 orders came wrong or incomplete, this is happening way to frequent. The employee that took the order was more interested in the conversation with another employee that the taking the order correctly.
This visit was out of the ordinary. The lady at the counter attempting too take my order was it nice but she wasn’t rude either. I do believe she’s is not a morning or person or just didn’t like me taking my time to order. I do no come to Chick-fil-A for breakfast excuse me for not knowing the menu! Anyways the fresh fruit is getting old you can tell by the color changing and the fruit is getting mushy. I did not like the McMuffin bread there egg whites had no flavor and the combination with the chicken was horrible to me. I won’t order this ever again but someone else may love it. I am a plus size woman you can’t move the tables Connected to a booth shoot I am already plump I don’t need to get stuck trying to eat healthier. The building was clean and free or debris but this order was not a good one!
I’ve never had a BAD experience at a Chick-fil-A but some certainly are better than others. This is one of those better ones. Not only is the indoor area open but the playground is as well. The people who work here are extremely nice (shout out to Jessica!) and the eating area is clean. As with all locations, the service and speed of food delivery is eerily fast. There’s a reason the lines always snake out into the street y’all.
This location is one of my favorite it. I am always greeted with warm and friendly smile. The wait time is minimal especially during lunch time. I would recommend location. I come here quite often.
Cobb salad was delicious and great with my limited diet. Plus they were super fast. They brought our meals to us before we chose a table....lightning fast!
Love that this location has the playground open and allows kids to get their energy out in a safe environment. As always the food and service were top notch!
This is the third time I went to this Chick-fil-A and not only did the lady taking my order not say my pleasure after I said thank you niether did the curly head white guy that gave me my order after I thanked him . I get all the way home and my order is wrong AGAIN . Please retrain these employees . They are not upholding Chick-fil-A’s five star experience I normally receive at other Chick-fil-As. Do better ! I
It's Chick-Fil-A so the food is pretty much the same as all other locations BUT ?? LET ?? ME ?? TELL?? YOU ?? ABOUT ?? THE ?? SERVICE. I know without question that Chick-Fil-A could run the world's logistics easily and efficiently after visiting the Georgetown location. I have never moved through a line so quickly, with such pleasant people. I had a decent sized order (for a family of 4) and it was ready and waiting for me at the window when I pulled up. It took less than 5 minutes to get through the entire line of cars (at least 10 ahead of me), and I didn't even have to really wait at all. If you're in Georgetown and need your CFA fix, give this location a shot - they're fantastic!
Regular Chic-Fil-a experience. Friendly staff, good food, and double drive-thru lanes. Use the app ahead of time to speed up your order and get points to use on free food! :D
THIS CHICK - FIL-A is horrible if I could give it a 0 I would the people that works here are Rude the guy name Que and the executive director Christopher is very very unprofessional they really need to learn customer service skills over again. when I got my food served to me it was literally Cold they just toss the fry's in the bag which spilled all at the bottom of the bag! They really don’t care don’t even bother trying to come to this location go on (Louis Henna) way better customer Service and your food will not be cold
