Why would you not be able to substitute a grilled chicken for a breaded chicken? I have never not been able to substitute a piece of chicken. It's usually a "my pleasure" and this time it was a "too bad"! I have never had this type of experience at any other chic fil a, just this one! Chic fil a, the rest of the world has gone to hell, so please don't lose your customer service appeal! It makes a world of difference when dealing with not so nice people!
Spoke to the manager Kathleen about my experience. Her words “sorry, hope you have a better day” the service at this Chick-fil-A is horrible. They should have their district manager visit. This Chick-fil-A is not it! Forget to add topping and salad dressing on a salad order is not okay. I pay full price I expect to have what I paid for.
This location has a major staffing issue. I've come and found that they close 20-30minutes early several times.Their OUTDOOR sit down area is always closed and they refuse to use their order windows for walk up customers.This means you are forced to do drive through and this location is possibly the slowest drive through Chick-fil-A in the state. I've left after 20+ min of waiting, but have heard people wait up to 40-50min.It's Chick-fil-A, so the food is always fine, but whoever owns this location needs to seriously evaluate how their staff is managed.Do yourself a favor and drive 10min further to the Parmer or 79 locations and save a ton of time.
This place was horrible! The lines were ridiculously long which I am normally used to but their line was the worst I've ever been in at a chick fil a. The food was cold abs the chicken tasted like someone used sugar instead of salt when seasoning. I honestly thought I would end up getting food poisoning it was so gross.
I don’t know why I keep trying to order food at this location.Every time I go to this location there’s some issue either with my order being incorrect, my food being cold, signage being wrong, or the line being 30 to 40 minutes long.On the other hand, when I go to the Parmer Lane location, their line moves quicker, their employees are kinder, and they seem to just have better direction and leadership overall. My order is aways right, my food hot, their staff kind and courteous - grateful and appreciative for my order.I know how much Chick-fil-a cares about it’s brand and if I were it’s high level leadership, I’d be looking into whether this location helps or hurts my overall brand and reputation. To me, it tarnishes it beyond repair.I’ll stop trying to spend money at this location and gladly drive a touch further for the true Chik-fil-a experience.
Absolutely the worst customer service. My husband went to pick up lunch for our children and we asked for certain fruit for our fruit cups due to our children not being able to eat all the fruit that is in the pre- made fruit cups. They gave us one cut up strawberry and 4 blueberries. When I called to talk with a manager about the lack of fruit, all she had to say was that’s what you get if you make modifications to your food order and that Chick- fil-a was ok with ripping off customers. After speaking with her a bit more she offered a full fruit cup or refund. My husband went back to the business to have the refund processed since lunch was over for our children. Some guy told him that they weren’t going to give him a refund and said they sent him a free ice cream coupon instead. I’m not asking for free food. I am asking for Chick- fil- a to do better and not short a paying customer because they have a modification to their food order. It’s about customer service and treating people right. We will not return to this location and we will not recommend it to anyone.
Everytime I go to this chik fil a, they forget my fries and when I go around, they have the audacity to look around my car even with receipt in hand. Also, the sprite tastes like water. Happened to me three times, won’t be back to this location for sure.

Chick-fil-A used to be great, but not this location. My wife and I ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries in the drive-through, and it was pathetic. $27.00 for two sad little sandwiches, and two half boxes of french fry scraps. When I called to address the issue with the manager, she acted like what the hell ever. Most pathetic meal ever.
