Many times I've came here and the recipe is always different on the same dish, sometimes good sometimes bad. This particular time food was enjoyable but that was the only good thing going for this place. We were sat down and I was in awe how gross our "clean" table was and after checking around, the whole floor. This place was filthy and disgusting and amazingly this seemed to be the norm judging by how normal business as usual was. Our waiter was horrible, lacked basic communication skills and doesn't know the very least about customer service, worse of it all he was training a soon to be waitress. I was able to find 2 dirty napkins and a few dirty used utensils under the table. This place needs immediate attention.
Had a terrible experience here. My husband's medium steak had blood running out of it. They took it back and the second time it was extra tough. I ordered a pizza that was basically a big chunk of bread following by a sprinkle of a topping. The server offered the house made rootbeer. I did not like it at all. Our dessert, the hot cookie with ice cream on top, the cookie wasn't cooked. It was cookie dough followed by a cooked cookie trim. We will not return.
Mystery sauce for rubber chicken (pictured below). …smelled bad. The asparagus was old and dried out at the end. My pizza was perfectly fine. Stick with that. My sons plate was swampy.. he thought a small frog may have been hiding underneath.
No need to get there when they open at 11am, doors will still be locked and once you are inside the wait staff is nowhere to be found. Plan on 11:15. Went for a quick lunch and it took an hour. Also, take a jacket, it is very cold inside.
I've now been to BJ'S a few times and between the service and the food I feel confident in giving it a 5 Star review. There's just a nice array of options just about for all types of people. I don't know if they have any vegan options as I'm not a vegan but I can say whether I'm having a healthy meal or something a bit more sinisterly caloric I find that I tend to enjoy it same for my friends and family. There are great alcoholic beverages if you're into that.
My wife and I stopped by this location yesterday for lunch. She had the Cherry glazed salmon and I had the Atlantic salmon. We both had some appetizers and drinks as well. Sadly, the Atlantic salmon was way too salty and burnt. The edges of the salmon were hard and dry. The rice pilaf was also dry and over cooked. It was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of $90. We came to this location because we were in the area. We usually go to the Cedar Park BJ's and are always pleased. The difference is night and day. I recommend y'all sending some staff over there and learn how to better prepare the food on your menu. Not sure if it's a manager issue or a cook issue but it needs to be corrected.
How convenient to have an online wait list only to show up and be told that it checks you into the wait list once you arrive? Ha! 15 minutes turns into 30 quick here. BJ's has always been solid, but going woke during the Pandemic and ruining everything good they have always done like open seating in the bar area really makes this place worthless for families with toddlers and young ones. Won't be returning and it's just unfortunate.
Great food which came out fastThe waitress was a little slow on refills however it may because of short staff. Blackened salmon with buttery lemon sauce was awesomeThe rice pilaf was very good. The mozzarella cheese sticks were very good. The bacon cheeseburger was done to perfection.
Disappointed with my first and last visit here.Over priced in my opinion, the food taste like microwave food, chili’s has better ribs and steaks. Not only was the food terrible but the service was terrible as well. If you looking for a good steak I’ll recommend longhorn steakhouse it’s a thousand times better than this mediocre steakhouse.
Great food, great service, and i can get tri-tip a personal favorite from living on the west coast once upon a time
