Friendly, Fast , Clean , Full Staffed , has a Drive-Thru. Didn't give 5 stars cause Ice-Cream was too Soft ( maybe need to have Freezers serviced)

SInce the Baskin-Robbins in Georgetown only had drive-thru service, I took my granddaughter to the location on Palm Valley in Round Rock after calling to be sure that there was in-store service. We were cautioned that we HAD to wear masks. While the drive was almost 20 miles, I wanted to redeem my birthday scoop coupon before it expired. We got there and found parking to be impossible: few spaces, impossible to enter the single space that was there (unless one was riding a motorcycle). We parked in the back where there was another restaurant. Walking to the front of the store we discovered two spaces on the side of the building, but they were so poorly marked that a person had to be standing right there to read the sign. We entered the store (wearing masks) to discover that other patrons were permitted inside without masks; I was curious as to why the woman on the phone insisted we be masked to enter (but I said nothing). NO SAMPLES!!! With the other family (all without masks) crowding the display cases and NO sample to determine if the Golden Oreo flavor was something she would want, my granddaughter felt rushed to make a choice. Unfortunately, she chose the Golden Oreo flavor. NOT THE BEST FLAVOR TO COME OUT OF THE B-R TEST KITCHENS!!!!I was extremely disappointed that what should have been a fun outing with my granddaughter turned out so miserably bad. The store is in sad need of a new paint job, with special attention to clearly indicating the parking spaces. My past experience with B-R has been positive, but this store in dingy, unpleasant, and inconsistent in its masking requirements.

Have not been here in years but really needed a solid cone. Delicious as always. Sometimes you just need a dubs. The best mint chocolate chip ever!!!!

Close before closing so be sure to get there well before 10pm. They stop accepting orders before 10pm. They close early.. Actual serving sizes really small.

I just wanted to give thanks to the Baskin Robbins crew working on Friday night Oct 22nd. We encountered FANTASTIC customer service from this location and in particular the store manager working there last night was outstanding. She obviously knows how to treat her customers. We will absolutely be back again and again. If the store owners are reading this...you have an awesome store manager! Give her a raise! ?

Arrived in the drive through today during normal business hours at 1710. Greeted by the employee with a message that because the store was receiving a shipment, they would be closed for 30 - 45 minutes.BR can't handle receiving an shipment and scoop ice cream at the same time? That's like not being able to chew bubble gum and walk at the same time. If they choose to employ one person per shift, maybe management can train the employee on how to multi task.

Drove through and ordered. Got totally ripped off. Received a one scoop sundae. Ordered and paid for a two scoop. Calked when got home only to be given BS. Wow used to be a great location before new ownership. Lived in RR over 20 years. Really sad new owners are crooks and dishonest.

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at baskin robins. I come here all the time with my family and the staff is normally really friendly, however that wasn’t the case today. A girl named Vanessa took my order and made my shake. Baskin robins is my go to dessert place but not anymore. She made my shake very quickly and with no effort. I saw her tapping the bottom trying to fill the cup because she didn’t make enough in the first place. I could tell she just too lazy to remake my shake because she told me “that’s how we always make it and whoever made yours in the past made it wrong.” I work in customer service and I would never respond like this to a customer. I would totally understand if that’s a policy that they cannot fill the drink up but she gave me major attitude, which is what really made me upset. There’s a difference between letting a customer knowing the policy and bad customer service. This was bad customer service. Vanessa needs to be evaluated as an employee. I work with customers all the time, therefore I know the conditions they are under. I try to make all team members feel appreciated and valued because I understand it’s a hard field to work in, and for that reason I only speak up when I feel wronged. I still love the company baskin robins itself, however it’s the employees I’m now questioning. I was clearly upset but she did not seem to care. I asked for her name and she said “that’s not gonna do anything” ..so we will see. Thank you for your time and I hope you take what I said into consideration.

Half of their menu is unavailable at all times. They also treat their staff poorly and underschedule for each shift, leading to poor customer service. This store needs a lot of work and it should start with management.
