I heard that this place was delicious, however our experience was not as I expected. First, they do not have any curtains or shades on their window, which was irritating because the sun was very bright and in our faces the entire time. I ordered the brisket Mac n cheese and had to send my food back because I asked for no peppers and I was given peppers anyway. Then the Mac n cheese noodles were dry and hard. The brisket however was tasty and was the best part. Also, we ordered 2 drinks with the kids meal and never got them until I reminded the server at the end of the meal. Refills are not free and I was highly disappointed that I was charged $4 for another soft drink. The best part were the shakes that my kids enjoyed. Other than that, I won't be returning. Waiter was friendly but very forgetful.

Mac n cheese was good, Pina colada was good, all other items were over priced. Mgr made my food right when I didn't like it.

Just okay!! While staying at the resort we decided to give this place a chance. The burgers was just okay nothing special as far as flavor. For a party of 5 it cost $95. I would suggest they put up some shades depending on your table the sun shines directly in your face. Our waiter Kamal was nice and tried to explain the menu since it was our first visit.

Stefani was an awesome waitress. Very attentive and communicated well. She knew we were with cheer competition and prior to ordering she informed us of the wait so that we would not miss or be late for any of the events.Food presentation along with taste was perfect. We loved the atmosphere and kindness of staff

Fun place with good food. Our waitress, Tapiwa, was so friendly. The service was wonderful. Our drinks never went empty. Couldn't ask for better! Bringing it down to 4 stars because the seasonal corned beef sandwich was very disappointing. It was full of gristle or something hard. Not what we expected. However, we would definitely eat here again. The service makes or breaks a place and ours was 5 star!

Shayla was wonderful! Our food was delicious and my son especially loved his birthday shake. We left feeling special and very full ❤️

I had sandy and Courtney as a host and they were so attentive and fast with getting me sat!! I was worried about the long line but the made sure it went by quickly. And don’t let me get started on my waitress Michelle!! She was just so nice and sweet!! Would definitely Be back just for her she served me and my friend drinks and helps us decide on our food! Really an A+ server!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Michelle, our server, heard us talking about the dish our kid wanted having gluten and warned us that the cheese fries we ordered were loaded with gluten also, recommending alternatives here & at the sweet shop upstairs. Everyone was properly attentive & service was quick. I saw some shakes on the way in that looked absolutely amazing, but we weren't ready for sweets yet.The cons: overpriced like most resorts ($13 for a plain Ceasar salad). Both times we've been here the food has been too salty even for my husband's tastes, which means REALLY too salty for me.

Great atmosphere! Food is good too, except some of the burger buns were harder than normal. Prices as expected for such places being inside the Kalahari resort. Portions - regular. Our server, Aspen, is very attentive, very pleasant, a great example of what customer service person is. Fast refills...kept checking on us. Thank you!

We sat there for 2 hours waiting on shakes that were the first thing we ordered. We asked about them several time and watched other servers give the same shakes to guest that came quite a while after us. When asked to talk to the manager all they did was take the shakes off of the $100+ bill. One of the shakes was also not the one we ordered. That was a waste of 2 and half hours we could have been enjoying the resort.
