I love this place! The service is fast and the custard tastes just like ice cream. Definitely worth trying

This place should have an even higher rating ...the ice cream experience doesn't get much better only problem i wish my concretes would make it home every now and then ...they just melt so fast in this Texas heat so oh well i guess i have to eat it fast but i wish i could enjoy it for longer..
It has been a few months since I have been back and I don't regret my decision to stop being a customer at this location. For some reason, it was very difficult for the staff to consistently make a Strawberry shortcake concrete. I mean seriously, I would get custard with either no shortcake or no strawberries 50% of the time. This happened several times. I spoke with management after the first two times and nothing changed. It happened a week later. Giving away free custard is not the solution to a flawed process.
Love the rotating seasonals, key lime pie and the cookie casanova are fantastic. Staff always provides great service, and in this harsh Texas heat there's nothing better a small vanilla cone to cool you down. Take home options are awesome too!
I feel like I have to show my gratitude to Andy's mom for birthing such a unique and revolutionary human that has been wowing the world since 1986 with the best frozen custard ever created.Silky smooth frozen custard with the best tops and sauces you can ask for.
After driving past Andy's Frozen Custard for a few years this weekend was the first time I was available to stop and taste their incredible creations! Our family highly suggest you stop by and try some of their creative desserts, you will not be disappointed!
I cannot recommend this Andy's location, compared to the Parmer Lane or Cedar Park locations. On numerous occasions we've had rude personnel serve us, as though we were inconvenient to them, for ordering something from this Andy's. We've had items made incorrectly and in a couple instances, even the remakes were made incorrectly. For the steep price tag, anyone would expect better service and product. Very unfortunate though, because overall, Andy's is a great company with a tasty custard product!
Great Custard but the service is way too slow. Lines were unbearably long on a late Sunday evening. I think they may have staffing issues here because only one window was open. The person taking each order had to leave the window to fetch the orders before moving on to the next customer.

First time here! Nutty waffle crunch was soOoo goOod!! The waffle pieces were good sized and chocolate covered and the ice cream was creamy and filled with nuts all the way through - and not just the first top inch of the ice cream! ?Delish!
