My family of 5 and I decided to try Ambur Fire for the first time since hearing about it from so many people.We waited on our order for over 45 minutes.The food finally arrived, we took it home and was disappointed in the quality of food. The burgers were really dry with no flavor, our bacon wasn't cooked thoroughly and the fries were burned. For the price that we paid (not cheap at all), I thought we would get what we paid for.Highly dissatisfied, simple as that!
Expected way more after hearing the hype and seeing the reviews. If this is a “great burger” some of y’all need to learn to cook. Throw a hamburger patty on your bbq at home and it tastes the exact same…..nothing special. Quit gassing up average food.

Finally tried Ambur Fire after hearing all the raving about it… it did not disappoint… BEDT Smash burger around Hutto/Round Rock area! We ordered the brisket burger, the NEW chicken sandwich and kids corndog meals and it was sooo good, the brisket is moist and delicious. brisket was on point! If you love bbq and a good burger this is your place! A hidden gem! I did have to wait 15-20min, but it was made to order and fresh!!! Well worth the wait. I saw a lot of complaints about waiting but I didn’t mind the wait. I sat in the back and relaxed in the fresh air while the kids ran around. The owners are great too!!! I will definitely be back!
We've visited Ambur Fire a few times now and we have been consistently pleased. The burgers are sooo good! The brisket is amazing. I have a hard time deciding between the burgers and the nachos. We Definitely recommend this local mom & pop business!

I have been to this place at least 8 times now. My favorite burger is the Blazing Jalapeno Jack burger, but everything I have tried there has been amazing. Ambur Fire is serving up the best burgers in the Austin area. After you have finished your burger and fries, if you have any room left, get the Southern Banana Pudding. I love being able to support a local business that is making food that tastes this good!!
Have had several burgers from Ambur Fire. Just all around a beefy flavorful burgers (I do NO Mayo though). Sides have been spot on as well. They do have other options like brisket which I do hope to try in the near future, but sometimes it’s hard to try something new when the burgers seem to always hit the spot ?. It’s also been awesome watching this business start from the ground up and develop quite the following!!
First place I can say the burgers looked as good as the pictures! Full of flavor and very juicy. One of if nit the best Patty Melt I've ever had. Excited to try brisket chili. Thank you guys!
