Ordered 4 combo meals for adults at 17:46 on 6/5/22. Order was placed and the app said it would be available for pickup in 20-30 after placing the order. Also ordered from Sonic, meals for the kids which would be ready in 10 minutes. Decided to get Sonic food first then to Wingstop. Once we got to Wingstop we checked in and were told our order would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited 15-20 and asked where our order was. They now had no record of the order being received at all. Gladly showed them my email confirmation and order number. They still could not find our order. Took down our order by hand they said the order would be out soon. Took another 30+ minutes to get the order done. From the time we ordered Wingstop to actually getting our order in-hand to getting home with the food it ended up being a 2 hour ordeal. Checked the order once we got home a order was MISSING from the bag. Called the restaurant and they said to come pick up the order they forgot. They did not apologize or give any extra wings for their error or extremely long wait. Could not be more disappointed in their customer service or timely manner to get food out to their customers and somehow managed to still screw up an order after hand writing it down by staff.

This location is by far the worst ive been too. I ordered fries, corn, and thigh bites. I didnt recieve my corn, fries had a hair in it, at that point i didt want thigh bites. Called several times with no answer. Finally got through and the assistant manager was completely unhelpful. She stated that they been out of corn for five days but no one told me this when i picked my order up. Clearly everyone is here just to collect a check.

This location has a sign that states they are open until midnight. However, upon walking into the location at 11:26pm, Friday we were turned away with the excuse that they were no longer taking orders. We spoke to the manager on the floor as it was still early enough to take orders and the doors were still open as people were eating inside. The manager on shift (Tee) stated that he shut down the machines for online orders, yet we were in person. So, we of course are taking our money elsewhere, but we would suggest this location change their hours to the time they prefer or the store manager step in and train their substitute managers to do their job. How much is this locations owner willing to lose in revenue due to lazy employees?

I ordered in house not online not on the phone. I’m watching the kitchen while they work all just messing around playing around and chilling i asked politely how long they started to give me attitude. They don’t seem as busy they are just not working at all or giving any SERVICE I don’t see a manager on site if the owner of this location is reading then please contact me I’ll tell you my experience it’s a Monday and 9-10 pm

This location is whewww. I’ve never ordered online here and my order was correct when i picked it up. I always end up waiting a extra 20 minutes for them to correct it when i clearly put the instructions on my online order.??‍♀️ But they do correct my order for me every time.

Service was good. Food is good. The wings and fries are always hot.

I don't know whats going on but leaving a -stars review due to a 75 wing order gone wrong and been calling and these people don't pick up the phone ?. It's 9:05 pm Saturday Feb,12,2022. My wings are dry and didn't get NO RANCH , NO HABANERO PEPPER & NO BBQ WINGS.

My daughter ordered me and my granddaughter some wings because I had covid. My order was wrong, they gave me cold fries , cold hard fried wings. That was the first time. Second time same thing wrong flavor of wings. Third time was good. I called to commend the manager for making my order right. But, because I had to call multiple times when I called they played on the phone made me think I was talking to a manager and hung up in my face. I called from a different number and they answered the phone and when I started to tell them that I just wanted to see if they would answer the phone they did, so it let me know that it was just my phone calls they weren't taking. It's a shame that in a state of emergency you can't depend on the (Rosenberg )Wing Stop next to Kroger. I've never had to write a letter or bad review like this.Thank You,sincerely Angry Customer

Always assisted the minute you walk in. Order usually ready on time or within a few minutes when ordered ahead. Store is kept clean. Employees wear masks and gloves at all times.
