Usually whataburger is very reasonable with timing with food in the drive thru, but literally we waited 30 minutes just in line then we got to the window to pay the girl just looked at us and say abouslty nothing and gave us our drink and shut the window. We waiting at the window for our food and instead of saying anything to us she just walked all the way outside and pointed to the line A and walked back inside . I'm sorry but waiting that long then having to deal with all that attitude plus waiting extra for the food to just come out wrong was ridiculous. Need to get your night shift workers in check
How hard is it to put some napkins and a few condiments in the bag? Feels like it would be a standard part of the prep process...... and yet...... never happens.
Good food when they get your order right. They seem to want to put cheese on everything.
The girl taking my order at the counter was very rude. When I was asking questions about what came on a burger and my mom was asking how many chicken pieces came with a basket and how much it cost to get more added, she acted like she didnt want to answer us or like we should know the answer. Just total attitude. Also the chicken was dry and tasted like burnt oil, so did the fries.
Everything about the food is awesome. The wait time every time I go makes it a 4 star.

How come this place can never get the orders right. Almost everytime that I go here there's always something missing. I placed an order online and still it was missing items, and it wasnt even busy. Maybe instead of text on the receipt you should put pictures of the food. Your employees have a hard time reading the ticket apparently.
Best burger joint in Rosenberg. Can’t ever go wrong with whataburger. They have curbside pickup.
i’d give this 1 star because always a long line, always forgetting at least one thing, and food isn’t so fresh, but they have nice workers like Samira, Savannah , and Morgan. These girls give you the best customer service. Especially Morgan! Morgan pointed out the drinks were leaking, took it all back and fixed it with no hesitation.
Nice fresh hot and fast!!! Maybe cause it was 3 am on a Wed ??♂️??♂️??♂️ oh and batch 2 spicy ketchup is better that batch 1
