Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. Go to the one in Richmond or the one in Sugar Land. The employees here are RUDE, ordered 2 maple chicken sandwiches via the app at 8:45 a.m. Arrived 15 minutes later and they tell me it is going to be 5 minutes. 13 minutes later still waiting on the order and then get the order and it is wrong. Called the store asked to speak to the manager - Lady says her name is Maria D won't give me any additional information. Then tries to tell me she doesn't have a supervisor etc. and hangs up on me. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's establishment again.
Great experience. Friendly courteous young man who took our order and rang us up when at the window. I didn't get his name but he looked to be high school or maybe out and Hispanic. Very friendly and said thank you come again. Some employees at other locations and restaurants are just doing a job and not much interaction with the customer. Identifying with the customer smiling can increase sales and even shows initiative on the employees part. Thanks again food was quick hot and enjoyable.

Five till 9:00 AM stop at this Wendy’s I don’t have a car I’m in a big truck can’t go to drive-through this Wendy’s only does drive-through I guess the lady don’t care to open the doors
Went through the drive thru and the server was so distracted, dropping things, and confused. We had to ask for our change.
Quick service, fresh food. Order was correct
We ended up with a heart-shaped nugget. ?
With everyone opening up to sit and eat or just to walk in and get it to go, NOT THIS PLACE. Doors are locked, first and last time here. I'm a truck driver so can't go through the drive thru. If this is your plan to drive customers away, your doing an amazing job!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I know everyone is short staffed and stuff right now but this level of incompetence is absolutely not acceptable. If you are going to serve literally COLD chicken to people and get an entire order completely wrong why are you still open? If it is that hard to do the job correctly they should not be operating and open for business. Not properly cooked chicken or food that has been sitting out too long is actually dangerous to peoples health. This location should be closed permanently until the company can find competent employees who are capable of serving edible food.
