Really good “Hand Made” burger.Onion rings - the same. Both were delicious!Very well decorated.Was a little warm inside and should have been 5-10 degrees cooler. Staff was pleasant. Gigantic menu with many, many burgers and options.
It's really a 3.5 because the burgers are delicious. But a couple of issues. First they made a few mistakes, we ordered onion rings they gave us fries. Then the server was adamant that he had to take the fries back.Second, they couldn't give us a child cup with water for my toddler. That not acceptable. Third, they took forever and a day!!! Comon burger barn you can do better.
It's going down hill sadly. Cant keep good management nor staff. Food used to be better. They are having a hard time maintaining American culture. If i wanted mexican music I would go to a mexican restaurant.
Happy hour sign posted on wall indicated price for beer, domestic and imported.. price were not honored by the cashier.
Mentioned several times no mustard on both burgers. The gentleman at the register asked twice to confirm. Got home mustard slater all over both hamburgers. Called was told next order would be replaced no time limit given, so when I do call to get my order replaced oh it's been to long. Never will give them by business or hard earned money for their over priced Burgers!
Overcooked burger after a 45 minute wait. I won't be going back, this place has failed to delivered satisfactory food over the few times my family has tried it.At least it's consistent, long wait and sub par food every time.The fried jalapenos were good, not good enough to go back though.On this trip we ordered the bacon cheddar burger, the Rosenburger and fried jalapenos. We were charged for combos that included fries and drinks but we did not receive the fries or drinks, and after the 45 minute wait I really didn't want to wait to see if they could get it right the 2nd time.Moral of the story, go to Whataburger.

Ordered ahead of time a bacon burger.Bacon was burnt to crisp. 6 people in our group was 85 bucks. Only 3 families was in restraunt and the cashier kept running everyone off stating there was going to be a 45 to a 1 hr wait just to get food. Will not go back!!!
$1.50 extra to put veggies on the side? Wait, what? Are you joking? Nope. $1.50 extra - period. My mother ordered a senior burger (meat and cheese only). I asked if they would put my veggies on her burger instead of mine - nope - period. They will not. No exceptions. You are SOL, or out $1.50. Take that customers.
The food was good, however, the supervisor Nicky was HORRIBLE. Upon ordering our food, she was extremely rude and very impatient when taking our order at the register. She gave us attitude at first and then realized she was wrong and then tried to cover it up by acting nice at the end. If you go here, hopefully Nicky isn’t taking your order at the register or else you will definitely get angry at her unacceptable behavior. She needs to be taught to deliver good customer service!
