I am highly disappointed with the customer service. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but it's not just the 2nd or 3rd time I've shown up to Taco Bell at 5:30-7:30pm to find locked doors and a line wrapped around the building. There is a sign on the door that says indoor dining 10am-10pm. They even left the doors unlocked and made me go to the drive-thru because they were "closed". Go to the one on 99 or 36 if you can.
Just really poor service. Waited for my order even after the people after me received their food. Manager never came out to see what my complaint was about.I feel like I was discriminated against. Attitude from more than one employee.Stay away from this location.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are extremely slow and never get my order right. I decided to order through the app to see if that would change my usual experience but it was worse. Half my items weren't in the bag and the things that were in the bag were all wrapped in burrito wrappers. They didn't bother to cut the quesadilla. They were out of small cups so they gave me my drink in a medium cup that was filled about a third of the way.I called several times the night I picked up my order but they wouldn't answer the phone. I already sat in line for 30 minutes to pick up my order. The line was wrapped around the building. They never have the lobby open. I have reached out to the customer service through email and messenger but haven't heard back from them. This is day three.It's a shame because they're bringing the Mexican pizza back and that was one of my favorite things on the menu but I'm moving on to a company that at least returns an email.
EVERY time I come here to give this place another chance I’m let down. Same thing everyone, the food is cold, order is made incorrectly, or I’m missing items. The staff is rude at the drive through also. I’m not one to normally leave reviews but don’t waste money here. Go down the road to the other Taco Bell
I had the KFC 3-piece chicken combo. Everything was terrible: dry chicken, gravy had no flavor, fries were cold, and even the soda was flat. I will not return, should've went with my gut and got Popeye's.
Rude employees and manager in the evening. They will dismiss your order immediately when arriving and make excuses on why they cannot prepare your items. They pretty much close early and disrespect customers or ignore customers thru drive thru to kill time… the workers are very unprofessional and slick with their words. I’m never coming back to this place. Horrible establishment!
This TacoBell has been the most concistently disfunctional TB for a while now.How do you close dinning room before 7pm?The drive thru is a joke.
Line too long, really sweet people, very limited menu, but the lady and gent that were at the drive thru tonight were incredibly sweet.
OK order the 16 piece got a 10 piece and didn't even get my biscuits this place is messed up. Very poor quality the food mashed potatoes tasted funny I would say don't eat here ...
The manager at this location is great! She let my neighbor and I stay in the restaurant after hours and got a free coke!
