Made my parents very happy with some tasty burritos at lunch!
There’s always something wrong with our order. I don’t supposed it takes a bright person to know what to put inside a bag, it’s not rocket science. The fat black lady in the striped shirt and plastic weave is also super rude. I supposed she’s the manager and if she is YIKES, you could say the represents this location to a T. She reaps what she sows & it’s not good. It’s sad enough she works at a Taco Bell & even sadder that she can’t even do that simple job right.
Every single time we come to this location there's always something wrong with our order. Always messing it up. We stopped going to this one because of it and preferred to drive to a further location.
They where out of blue razz freeze, thats fine i understand but they didn't give us straws with was a personal error.
I was REALLY sad when Taco Bell stopped their breakfast menu during COVID. So I was REALLY happy when there breakfast menu came back. The breakfast food at this location has been great, the staff is friendly and gets the orders correct. Love it! :)*I have noticed a few negative reviews for lunch & later. The morning staff is pretty consistent, and I have not had any issues. Also, I used the drive-thru but that wasn’t listed as a choice on the review for some reason.
Usually this place has decent service but today was horrible. There were customers in the store, but for what ever reason the doors were locked, and I had a trailer so I could not go through the drive through. It was 7:50 so I know they were open and for no reason should the doors be locked to my knowledge. I knocked on the door for 3-5 minutes and no one opened the doors. I’m only reporting this because I remember making eye contact with an employee and still no response. Very poor customer service.
They mostly get all the stars for their customer service! The food is what it is ok, but they forgot to put an item I ordered in the bag and because I live where I live and they are in Rosenberg, it's too far to just run back and pick it up. So I called and the manager Mark said to come pick it up next time I am in town and he would put up a notice in the Manager's office. Really nice and he sounded like he actually liked his job.
The staff at this location are awesome. They always ask if I want a drink and always give us plenty of hot sauce AND NAPKINS with our order.
Stopped here I thought for a quick bite but they didn't have any cash so unless u had single dollar bills ur outta luck for food !!? ?Which I was and squeezed thru drive threw
Never go here! Fast food people want 15$ ana hour and can't even get one item correct! What's so hard about 1 chalupa with nacho cheese and sour cream! That was WITH! NOT JUST CHEESE! it's not rocket science, in my opinion yiu don't even deserve 10$ an hour when you can't even get one item correct! It's called pay attention to what's being said! Not hard, they need to have adults running the store rather than children. This store is the worst I've seen in a while and that's saying something.
