We use to love this place. Twice now we have tried them with new owners and unfortunately we are done. We use to order 2x a month. It took 1.5 hours to get our delivery. Prior it would take 35 minutes. The combination rice tasted like it had been cooked for sometime. The BBQ pork has shrunk in size and dried out.The vegetable egg rolls definitely were either reheated, old and maybe old grease. I really hate this because we loved this place.
I don't know whats up TJins but this use to be my favorite Chinese spot. I order Kung Pao shrimp for its tad bit of spice and rich taste. It never failed to be good but today they literally watered down my food. It was disgusting and not even edible. The shrimp and broccoli was completely bland. I don't know if they did this to make it stretch but its now a no for me. Not worth taking a chance. I feel like I wasted my money. My husband got the combination fried rice and there was barely any meat. I advise you this place is not the same there is obviously been a change somewhere. I would not go here and waste my money.

We’ve been eating here for years and the food just isn’t the same. Last time we ordered the forgot the sweet and sour sauce for our sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was way over cookedThe wonton soup was horrible, nothing like it used to be.We gave it another shot since we love this place so much… same thing. Rice was cold. Wonton strips were stale.We got the sweet and sour sauce, but something was off it tasted like it was old.Unfortunately we won’t be coming back. We used to come a couple times a month.
Not good food, they charge a lot, and it’s not worth it. Less quantity and more money and food is gross. Didn’t even get my order right and food lacks taste and spice. Don’t go here ever, waste of time.
I started with my story but, was interrupted by an incoming call. So, let me make this short and brief...After being a customer for many years, I ordered from this restaurant twice and was shortened what was due to me both times. I gave them my money and didn't realize my order was short of what I paid for, until I was back at home (....I DRIVE FROM OUT OF TOWN TO GET THE FOOD SO, I WASN'T PLEASED AT ALL). Honesty and trust goes a long way in my book and since this business fail to portray the necessary, I WILL NO LONGER give you or any other business that you franchise, my services. You will not have the opportunity to do me a disservice again. My family will do the same. My New Year's Resolution will be to never give you my services again. You truly deserve no rating.....my advice to you is to...BE HONEST and don't shortchange customer meals, when they request carryout!
Very upset!!! They shorted us one of our meals, then insisted that we had to drive back to get the meal OR get our refund!!! I will not be going back any longer. They screwed up, they should have brought the missing meal to us.
Love the food and prices here. Generous portions and great tasting meals. Staff is friendly.
Be careful when asking for refills. The lady wasn't paying attention and gave me someone else's similar drink. Good thing I was sitting in a corner in where I got a chance to catch it
