This place they say is now a real Starbucks. It that's the case why do they randomly close. Today there was closed back in 30 minutes sign. So when did 30 minutes start??????? I swung by several times. Finally it was open with Mooney in line. I stuck my head over the counter to find the gal. Her response was I'm busy and it would be awhile. If guess they're short on help. My guess is she was working on online e orders. I hate being the customer in the store and the person not in the store gets better service!
All I'm going to say is when I say Almond Milk please 3 times that means no regular milkJust left got home and regular milk, Lactose intolerant people can't drink regular milkWe love Starbucks but guess we will have to start making our own coffee
They never have the ingredients for the Mango Dragonfruit refresher and if they do, the drink is always watered down to the point that there’s no flavor. On the bright side, the workers are nice and respectful!
I do not go to Starbucks much as I use because the service is just bad.Came this evening 2/20/22 and prime example. Had a mobile order to pick up and needed to order another drink so as I entered atleast to a 6 -8 crew most just looked at me none looked happy to be there. So I receive the drink I ordered in-store and the girl flew before I had the chance to ask if they could hand me my mobile order so stood there again for a few minutes waited on them. They saw me standing there waiting and no bother to ask if needed something. Finally I said excuse me can I get my mobile order. All the employees seem dead inside. Why I hate buying expensive coffee because these punks get paid off it. Terrible customer service.
Zach is a wonderful worker. They were crazy busy but he was working quickly and efficiently and keeping cool.He was polite and professional.Thanks for a great experience.
I like this Starbucks. The workers are friendly and drinks are done right. The place was remodeled recently so it has a contemporary vibe to it. It’s a busy Starbucks, with single and group dining inside, a patio seating, and a drive through. They serve salads, sandwiches, pastries, along with all kinds of beverages. The two unisex bathrooms are clean. WiFi is no longer super fast, but is adequate to get computer work done. There’s ample parking in this convenient location, which is close to other shops & restaurants.
Christine deserves recognition. I had waited in line and she saw me waiting and she had called someone to come up twice to take my order. A man comes out and proceeds to ring up someone else. She said to tell her what I'm getting and she'll start prepping it. I went to go order when the other man left and the guy worker turned and walked away. She said it was on her. Thank you Christine for going above and beyond for me.
Never has anything I ask for, such as peach juice, raspberry syrup, hazelnut, etc. for 3 months straight...does not have a sign put up to let me know before driving in the drive thru line.
I been wanting to write this review, it’s usually very busy here but the barsitas are absolutely amazing. There was this one day I came to starbucks after petco. My friend and I were very sad we couldn’t buy this one hamster. We told them to make a sad cancer (zodiac sign) a joy drink to be happy again. The girl who took our order was the sweetest letting inside know. We pulled to the front and two boys were there cheering us on and told us to taste the drink, if it didn’t taste well they can switch it out for us. I loved the drink and the little sprinkles they gave us. Definitely made both of ours day. Only reason I haven’t wrote this review was because I wanted to try to remember their names. The girl had dyed pink or purple hair. I believe the boys names were Amir & Jacob. Very great people. Morning people around 9am
Love their chai tea latte's. Just wish they had it to where I can buy a pack and make it myself at home.
