The worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. The workers hardly pay attention. They just a broken cup of soda right next to my credit card, letting it soak in it, and when I complained, the lady just wiped it off and handed it off to me with zero apologies. Asked for hot fudge on a sonic blast on top, didn’t have any, the girl got annoyed when I complained and just took it back, barely put any the second time and handed it back to us and closed the window.The sonic blast second time around had two tiny pieces of snickers. This location is an absolute joke.
This has to be the worst and slowest location ever. We moved to the area in 2018 and it was bad then. I didn't think it could get worse.You're lucky to even receive your order now. This is the 3rd time they simply forgot we ordered.We ordered 2 Blasts. After seeing other vehicles come and go after we placed our order, we knew we weren't going to receive our drinks. After 15 minutes we pressed the button to order again. A rushed apology was given and she took our order again.Wouldn't you know it?! They got the order wrong. It was just 2 Blasts!
Get a receipt! Sonic Corp Office please send the updated menus with correct prices. Advertising one price and charging customers another is just bad business. When I asked about this issue the server was upset and rolled her eyes and I felt bad even having to ask about the money. This happen on May 11, 2022. So many people like myself don't pay attention to their receipt or don't even ask for one, so how many customers are being charged a different price then advertised and how long has this been going on. Integrity is a must and charging your customers more money without their knowledge is just wrong.
Finally decided to try that Pickle Burger.Honestly it’s not baaaad. It’s just not great. It could honestly use more pickles in my opinion.Service is slow and those poor girls look and sound miserable there.
The service here isn't very good, half the time they have the app disconnected where they don't accept orders through it.There's only one or two nice employees. I try to go to the location on Jackson as much as I can to avoid the bad service.

Good place for a quick bite. Food isn't five star, but not bad. Waitstaff very friendly and respectful.
They have been doing a great job lately. My steak sandwich has been done to perfection lately.
Quick service and typical Sonic food. It has a drive through and pull ins.
Great service and good happy hour drinks. My favorite is the water with Mango and Peach flavor. The Mozzarella sticks are good too.
