It makes no sense to close down your ice cream machine, which brings in a high percentage of your business, 50 minutes before you actually close. If you want to close it down 5-10 minutes before then ok it makes sense. You are open until 11 pm so why are you CLOSING down ice cream machines and losing profit? I bet the franchise owner wouldn’t approve of this but I’m sure the lazy employees do.
Service was very slow, sweet tea supposed to be sweet, they have plain tea for anyone that doesn't want sweet tea, that's the 1st sonics I've been to that doesn't serve sweet tea the way it's meant to be!, my order took really long all I had was a burrito there wasn't any ham and it was supposed to be ham, bacon, and sausage! I'm not going back to that one, I don't like wasting money or food!
Food was as expected and hot. Fast service. This is an older location on a tiny lot with no drive thru.
This is by far the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I am driving for Uber Eats. It took them over 10 minutes to bring the pre-ordered food out to me. I'll never accept another order from this Sonic ever again. And I certainly won't ever eat there on my time. Terrible!
The worst! I went one week and the grill wasn't working went back weeks later and the ice cream machine was broken SMH. This location needs to be shut down!
Honestly I’m tired of showing up at different times to order and get told that they closed the kitchen and only serve drinks . The first time I thought maybe I did go in too late but I went earlier and earlier and I realized they close at whatever time they feel like it . If the store hours say they close at 11pm they mean they close the kitchen at 8-9pm and only serve drinks until 10pm and they clean up for about an hour ….. so what is the point of advertising the restaurant hours like they’re really open until 11pm -12am
They didn't get my wife burger they added lettuce I said tomatoes and mayo with cheese only right. the female had to go back she forgot my chicken sandwich
Either there’s food and their drinks don’t work or there’s only drinks and the cooks went home there is no in between. If this happened once then I’d let it slide but this has happened on numerous occasions. Save your time go to Brazos Town Center.
Service was friendly and fast. Our meal and shakes tated delish. Can't go wrong with Sonic.
Ice cream was good but kept messing up my order. I had to make multiple different ones
