The best Mexican food ,excellent customer service ,best home made MENUDO YOU CAN GET,
We hadn't been to Rita's in a while, because we were getting frustrated with poor service. Went today and had a great lunch. Food was good, and the waitress (new to us) was very nice and attentive. Their prices are also still bearable.
First time here at Rita's Mexican Restaurant and their menudo was so very RIC? yes it SURE was. Service was very G??D too. Thank you to all there at Rita's Mexican Restaurant. God Bless you all.Amen ? Happy ? Easter?
I like the food buy I think they should invest more in their own restaurant. I stopped going there because eventhough I like the food, I didn't enjoyed eating there. The cups where the sauces are served are awful, and the restaurant smells not that good. What I'm doing is ordering food and I pick it up because the food is ok.
Hot food great chips and salsa,waitress was courteous, and helpful price was good, count on taking home what you cannot eat
The Food was awesome but I was not and I repeat I was not treated with respect. I sat at my table and no one ask me did I need anything. I watch as the waitress went to every table around me, in front of me and on the side of me not once not twice but three times and never came to my table. As they went around when they got to my table they turned around. I wasn't mad I was hurt. I had to go to counter and pay no ticket came while carrying my tea in my hand to the counter due to not having a straw because no one asked if I needed anything. I asked for the Manager but I don't know if they really was the Manager she just said I'm sorry and walked away. It is too much going on in the world for us to treat each other this way. I was really hurt.
Margaritas are great! There needs to be improvement with the food. The red chili used in my Chimichanga was unlike any I ever tasted and not good. The tortilla used was hard and not easy to cut into. I noticed many in our party left quite a bit on their plate so it wasn't just me that didn't care for it. Service was good though.
Their quesadillas are my absolute favorite. They are the only place I know that actually puts a good amount of meat and cheese in their quesadillas and they are always so good! Thanks Rita for doing it right!
Great Margaritas and good food
Always a great place to celebrate birthdays with family and friends! They played tejano music in the back room area. We love it every time. Wait staff is excellent.
