I came here at 9:13 and orders a 3 piece spicy chicken guy at the window told me it would be 20min for them to make the spicy chicken which I didn’t have a problem with but what made me supper upset was I had a small Order people behind me was getting there food why before me and then on top of that I was sitting here waiting for my food for 45 -50 mins I order at 9:13pm didn’t get my food until 10:01 pm then people working inside asked me multiple times what’s my order was told him then he would walk away and with a lil laugh on his face which I think is disrespectful because I paid money here to not be a happy customer I will never return to this location ever again and worst locations I ever been to also food was not good at all chicken was super greasy and wet red beans and rice was ok but everything else was bad food was no good money down the drain
I remember when there was a time they used to fill up the sides.........what a shame.
Really good food. They were out of mild wings so I said I'd take spicy wings. They gave me legs....otherwise, it was ok. And the cashier was really pleasant.
I'd like to say the place is good but they can't handle a crowd. I did place a mobile paid and everything but when I showed up they didn't have my order ☹ I had to reorder and pay again just to get my food. I was told by the worker just reach out on the app and they will refund your money..... still waiting ?

Food okay but service at drive though was painfully slow. Coke tasted way too watery and no ketchup given.
Never been to a chicken place with small amount of chicken. The staff is a zero our order was bigger than usual and everyone lost their mind. We were standing at the counter waiting for the balance of our order, and the manager told us to move because she had a customer. I told her we are customers too. Won’t go back to this location as the staff are not friendly, nor courteous and they need some serious customer service training. Pass this location up and find another.
Extremely slow drive thru. Waited almost an hour in total. Once it was my turn to order I was waiting almost 15 minutes simply for an acknowledgment. There was no apology for the wait.Also, when I got in line there were at most 5 cars ahead of me. The restaurant was not busy.Food was good, but not good enough to offset the terrible service level
One of the worst Popeyes around. Waited in like 17 minutes before they told people they were deciding fo close early. Then they said they were out of product. No apology No real reason just maybe they knew what I was ordering before I ordered it so they were out ??♂️
Food was great but had to repeat order several times.
