The girls working there were very nice and polite it was my first time coming here and they were very helpful in describing the menu and what goes with what. lobby closes before 7:40 on weekdays and at 8:40 on weekends.
I work for GrubHub and they were very sweet and helpful today and even offered me water cuz I was out of breath and very hot when picking up an order for a customer they were very sweet and polite with me and greeted me in a warm and friendly matter
How can I say this, poor service is not the rightful term I want to use, PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I will NEVER go here again. I may not speak much Spanish, even though I am Chicana, but I don't need to be disrespected and looked at dirty for ordering in English. That was the first mistake, the second was how my husband and I ended up with day old food that was extra dry. Seriously, $40 wasted on poor food. Now, even though there was side looks and remarks, I still kept my composure and maintained a respectful attitude towards the woman, because I was not raised to be a person with an ugly attitude towards others, ESPECIALLY if they're YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I didn't even want to put a star on this review, but I had to just to be able to post this. I think management here needs to get their store in order.

Picked up 2 loaded baked potatoes for a coworker and myself. They were good but she loaded my bag with green sauce. I asked for the spicy red sauce and whatever she gave me was watered down and horrible...she was not the nicest either.....

I got food poisoning from here. I don’t think I’m ever coming back. I’ve never had a terrible experience like this at this location, it’s always been good... I was sick all night. I guess this place has gotten worse management. The food went spoiled quickly as well, and the salsa wasn’t in the fridge so we got spoiled salsa.
If I go after around 2 or 3:30pm or after lunch I get reheated chicken and I just bought 4 chicken 2 orders of reheated food and I didn't get my hot sauce and she said is extra for these little containers.Then she realized I didn't get any.I don't want overheated food in a restaurant.So I notice if is not lunch time is heatex up and dry.

It was decent it could have use more of a kick..the chicken could have been more moist.
