Make a better pizza. The middle of the pizza on one side had no toppings, there was barely any sauce and hardly no cheese.
The pizza was stale and tasted 3 days old. I usedmy reward points i guess free pizza means left overs

Ive been ordering from this location for a long time. Lately my pizza has been given to me very soggy. And my most recent pizza was very SALTY for some reason. Disgusting. I hope by leaving this review here someone will read and make much needed adjustments.
The pizza tasted great. I had little to no wait when I arrived to the restaurant. Also, the curbside service was very convenient after a long day at work. The employee who delivered it was pleasant.
The Pizza Hut staff and employees are always helpful and friendly. Our order was ready on time, and the pizza was hot and fresh! Delicious!
I ordered my food online today and chose to pay when i pick up my order. I reached there after 10-12 mins after placing the order. When i reached 2 guys were locking the doors and I asked them about my order. They said they cancelled my order. Meanwhile my order was saying that it has been accepted. I was not informed of the cancellation. When I asked why my order was cancelled they replied saying the manager told them not to take any orders after 11:45 and my order was placed at 11:49. Seemed more like they did not want to make the order out of pure laziness. This is extremely frustrating and a huge lack of customer service. Due to working in the restaurant industry, I know theres standards of customer service that need to be addressed at this location. I'd really like to speak to the manager.
horrible experience, first off the driver went to the wrong house and had the manager call me. driver stated i live in a gated community which i dont. then the shift manager decided to get very rude and hung up on me. I will be calling back again today and speaking to a manager. I will not be using this pizza hut again. employees need to be re trained on customer service.
The young man in the 97-02 Ford Ranger was consistent and motivated. He offered excellent care of my pizza and ensured it got to me in a timely manner. Excellent on a job well done!P.S Give the guy a raise!
Worst customer service!! We ordered a pizza to pick up at 330. We got there at 3, not busy at all. We told the guy our order, he stated it is set for 330. Understood, we wanted to see if they could make it since we were there and they seem to have no orders, people on there cell in the back. Nope, 330. We waited in the car, tlmy watch, phone and car clock said 330. We went to get it. He said nope! Our clock says 328, so you need to wait 2 minutes. I didn't catch his name, but he had tattoo's al over his face. He doesn't need to be working with customers at all, not because of his tattoos, but because of his rude attitude!!!!
