Ordered a pizza at 9:30 PM for delivery, paid over the phone and employee said 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Keep in mind, place supposedly closes at 11 PM. 10:30 PM comes around. Nothing. I call the place and it says they’re closed. 10:50 PM I drive over to see if I can just pick up my order, but they are closed. We did not received our promised order. Not a call or anything from them to at least let us know they won’t be delivering our order.
Ordered through the app and it said my delivery would be here by 6:35, it got here after 7:04. Once it did arrive, I was missing 2 items from my order. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one picked up. Now I remember why I order from every where but Pizza Hut.
Ordered a $20 box for the kids .. they told us 13-15 for delivery. The pizza never came. When I called to see what was going on no answer. Mind you I placed the order over the phone with someone.
I scheduled 2 pizzas at 11AM for Sunday 3/6/22 4PM. The pizza never arrived and I called the place to ask about it or refund but they never picked up. It is 3/10 Thursday and still they have not done anything about the undelivered pizza
Came home and threw the pizza in the trash. While picking my pizza notice two guy in the back talking over a pizza they were preparing . Ask to speak to the manager and she told me they could do that, cause they were not obligated to wear any mask or plastic cover. Then she just walk to the back, not caring at all. I gave them a star cause that's the only way you can comment. First time eating there again and it will be my last.
The workers are not qualified to make good decisions. We ordered & payed for order online and they said they had no drivers. So, then we said we’d just swing by & pick the order up & they claimed they can’t do that. Don’t understand why since the order is already payed. We asked to speak to a manager or to someone who’s qualified to handle this situation and they said they have no manager on the shift. These workers are very young and don’t know how to think logically. Maybe they need more restaurant experience just to learn how to think in a logical way.
Make sure the order is correct, I ordered 3 toppings only got 2 .
It took an hour and a half to get my pizza and it was cold and hard! Not satisfied at all!
Not was only my order late, my pizza was cold. But even so, the flavor was really good. The bone in sweet chili wings were really good too.
Pizza was very thin and had more pizza sauce than cheese. Was a lot smaller than the last large pizza I ordered.
