Businesses don't seem to understand that a menu is a form of advertisement, if it is current, up to date, and accurate, that is equivalent to lying to customers. They do it have meatball sandwiches, even though their menu says they do, that's called lying.

I paid $40 for 2 of the cheapest, unsatisfying, "medium" pizzas last night. The ingredients were NOT fresh, especially the mounds of canned mushrooms they dumped on top of one of the pizzas *barf*. I have been getting pepperoni's for over a decade and I can tell you, THIS WAS NOT PEPPERONI'S PIZZA. Not one thing about these pizzas was anything like the pepperoni's pizza I've gotten for years. I was completely ripped off and I'm currently trying to figure out how to get a refund.
Idk about previous ratings, went in and by far got the best pizza ever! Customer service was great considering they are busy but that's a good thing!

Pepperoni’s as a chain (the food) is great. This particular Pepperoni’s store in Rosenberg is NOT where you want to go. Unprofessional, management can not problem solve, and your food is bound to be wrong at some point. Ah and don’t expect a store credit, refund, or a sorry.
Used to be the best pizzas and calzones on the Sw side of town. Last two times I’ve ordered, it took over an hour and 15 for delivery, and pizza was cold.I’ll be finding a new place.
Was not happy,Had the pizza and wings for the first time yesterday evening ,Pizza ? just not great,like it was not cooked all the way could not even get a slice with out everything falling off the pizza needed to use 2 hands to eat 1 slice ,wings were like baby chicken legs so small,Will not be going there again,
Very bad service. After waiting for 40 mins, I was told they just started making mine when I was initially told 20 mins. Then I decided to cancel the order and they were glad I said that. Such horrible people. And that was my first time there just to try something new instead of my usual dominos. Never going back there.
