Came here at 11:10pm on May 1st 2022. I had rewards to redeem on the mobile app and was not familiar with the rewards program. While I was in drive thru I spoke with Isaiah M and asked for his assistance explaining the mobile rewards program to me. Isaiah was very friendly and understanding and guided me through every step to place my order then explained why the app was giving me difficulty to place my order. They stop taking mobile orders at 10:30pm apparently. Steven C then greeted me while I was waiting for my order Steven apologized for the hassle I had to go through and made sure I had everything I needed when my order was given to me. The last two times I have been at this location both gentlemen have been very helpful and friendly and I wanted to say thank you for your service!!!!!!
This McDonald's is good, but the line takes a while. If you go through the drive through its always long that's what I dont like. Other than that it's good fast food.
Still can't get the orders right. I just deal with it. When I ask for a fillet o fish meal with a side order of Tartar sauce, it doesn't mean you don't put tartar sauce on the sandwich.....
Bought a large fry only for it to be filled half way. The fries are literally the only reason I come to McDonald’s once every 2 years. Still can’t get it right ?
They always run out of food… they always run out of something making it very inconvenient I’m pretty sure if Ray Kroc was still alive he wouldn’t allow this to happen he would abolish the franchisee
Manager very rude. Came for breakfast on Feb 22. She was yelling at her employees, embarrassing them. I asked for an extra drink, which they forgot to include in my bill and manager decides to yell at me too. Girl, get your life together.
Chris is the most welcoming and helpful employee in that establishment. He takes pride in helping and creating a comfortable environment for customers.
Horrible experience. Burger looked like it rolled down a hill. The fries were chewy and saturated with oil.
What can I say? It’s McDonald’s. Great deals on unhealthy food that tastes good consistently.Don’t really think I’ve ever had an issue here. The line stays long for a reason!Pro tip: download the app and do curbside to skip the line. I’m usually out of there within 5 minutes.
For a fast food restaurant. They have the slowest drive thru in town!!!
