I come here to get iced coffee and breakfast every morning and it doesn’t take very long to get through the drive through it’s quick and caramel ice coffee oh my gosh is perfect. I love all the ladies that work here they’re super nice ?
To many times I sit in the drive through at 515 / 530 am and nobody acknowledges that there is a customer there. And if they do take my order, they are rude. Why open at 5 if your not going to serve your customers?
Terrible service. Ordered trough the app to avoid the extremely long line, pulled up to the designated parking spot and put in the space in the app. Then I sat for 15 minutes even seen cars at the back of the line pull through the drive thru. So I pull around and go to the second window and they have my food without me saying a word. They knew I was there the entire time just had no intention on bringing me my food. If you don’t wanna do the job please just quit.
Worst mc donalds EVER. Always messing up on orders. Last experience, they gave me the wrong order and told me to come back the next day so they can correct it. Then they messed up on that order smh. Never again
It’s a hit or miss on the customer service but my coffee is always good and food is fresh.
Horrible experience. Took almost 30 minutes to get to the menu. Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich with cheese added. They didn't add cheese. The sandwich was put together very fast and sloppy. More then half of the spicy sauce was in the bag. Gave my son a girls toy in his happy meal even though we told them for a boy. Rude, slow, sloppy employees are running this place into the ground. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Fast and courteous employees, amazing I got everything in my order. I however was not impressed with the chocolate milk shake, that cream or cool whip took away for more shake, and the large is measly a small at other venues
I come here for breakfast 2-3 times a week. This location has polite employees, quick service, and never messes up my order.
