I ordered through doordash and they forgot the chicken on my salad, which im not sure how that happened when it's literally called a southwest chicken salad. They also forgot to add the sticker seal on my bag as they usually do, so it coulda been tampered with for all I know. The avocado is old and brown, why even make the salad at that point? The only thing right about my order was the cookie and the tea, no surprise there though. Please do better next time.
Today was a 2day star. Usually we are in and out for curbside. But the staff must have been short and we waited and waited. Then called to remind them we were waiting. Not sure what happened. Time is precious, when it's always busy in that area. Trying to avoid eating lunch at your desk.
The service was slow ,let us stand there for 20 minutes without saying anything ,then when the order came out it was not cooked right.
I thoroughly enjoy the open atmosphere & the food though smaller than ideal was delicious.
Literally the worst mcalisters I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. Nothing but teens with bad attitudes working there. EVERYTIME i tried to call they’d answer then hang up in my face. So rude. Not only is it the worst customer service but it’s also very hot inside. They don’t turn their AC on or what?? Save your time and energy and go to another one.
Staff if all around amazing and Rosenberg is the best location, Adie is one of the sweetest and by far my favorite employee with the best customer service!

My sister and I had potato soup and the harvest chicken salad sandwich as well as the veggie sandwich. Delicious!! And the Staff is very helpful and friendly. A very good place to eat.
