Marble Slab your prices are too high to have bad customer service. On 07/06 at 2pm, the lady who was working here at the Rosenberg location was rude. She charged my daughter for a waffle cup with sprinkles when my daughter just asked for a regular waffle cup. My daughter comes outside and asks me to go inside to get the correct waffle cup because she is too scared to tell the lady it is not what she ordered. I send her back inside because why pay more for something you didn't ask for and don't want? The lady refused to change the order. The ice cream is now melting as my daughter comes to the car for a second time crying because she doesn't want to go back inside. I send her back to get the correct waffle cup and the lady gives her the correct waffle cup but doesn't swap the ice cream from the other one. So, we end up paying more for something we didn't order and had to scoop the ice cream in the correct waffle cup which was melting and not worth $9 at that point.
Worse banana split I have ever had. I use to love eating banana splits but not after I ate the one from this place. It was definitely not worth the 8 bucks that I paid for it.
