The customer service from th3 cashier was top notch
The chicken was moderately spicy but not over cooked. The sides, mashed potatoes and dirty rice were good
The food was fresh & hot. We ordered fish, shrimp, chicken, fries, okra, red beans and rice. The entire order was correct & we received enough napkins and sauce for everyone. The specialty sauce had a good taste. It was a long wait in the drive thru, but if everyone's order is cooked fresh, I would expect a wait. The rep was nice & friendly. Totally worth the try.
When your establishment opened in Rosenberg we really enjoyed the food and the service. My son and I went this evening and I was very disappointed. The person taking our order was very rude and seemed to try to rush us along In placing our order. When we got to the window my son saw the person prepping our food throw the condiments in the bag causing one to open and get the condiment on our boxes and inside the bag. On one of my orders I asked for a modification and when I got the order it wasn’t what I asked. When I got their attention and said this wasn’t my order they took my order to fix it and when giving it back said here very rudely. I will not be back.
Ordered chicken with my mom at your Rosenberg location and let me say i am appalled by the customer service in the drive thru. First our order taker was rude and just trying to speed us along to get rid of us taking our order. Then when our orders ready and is being bagged the order taker throws our sauce in small cups in the bag and it explodes. He takes our boxes out switches the bag and rebags our food. Then to top it all off they get our modification on our order wrong and when then asked why we wanted to modify our order. 0/10 service we will not be returning.
The food is always hot and fresh! I love the dirty rice..the lobby is always clean..Staff is nice and friendly..
I came here today. DO NOT COME HERE. When we got our drinks, the Sprite tasted like flat sparkling water, and the Dr. Pepper tasted like it was watered down. When we got our food, the fries were cold, as if they were sitting there all. Our chicken on the other hand, was not good. When I picked up my chicken drumstick, grease was dripping out of it and it was all over my hand. Not to mention also tasted funky. The boxes had grease stains on top of it, and on the bag. Instead, save your money for somewhere else.
Very helpful and friendly staff . I love this place , everything I tried is " DA BOMB " !!! I tend to choose the chicken strips and shrimp combo and get the mashed potatoes or the dirty rice , comes with a nice soft roll . It's got Large Sized Fully Delicious 3 Piece strips with 6 wonderfully delicious shrimp !! Make sure you get some of the Cajun Sauce to dip it in You can't beat this food !! I've got the Jambalaya too , it's GREAT !!
I have been disappointed for the last two times. I will not be returning. Fries use to be fresh but, now they just give you fried unflavored fries. The only flavor you will be getting is old grease. I think I will just use my money wisely from this point on and cook my own food and value my hard earnest pay.
Super Yum!!! Got the fish PoBoy, very tasty and huge!!! Also got the fried okra, dirty rice and he thru in the red beans and rice!!! One word sums it all up.. Yassss!!! Definitely going back to try something else on the menu!!!
