This place claimed to be out of chicken sandwiches, green beans, and the Mountain Dew Baha Blast drink.One of my brothers says this location is also known for getting orders outright wrong so he never comes to this KFC/Taco Bell any more.
Not a clean place. Kitchen area , restrooms and lobby were very dirty. All trash cans filled to the top. No toilet paper in restroom stalls. I don't recommend this at all.
Horrible experience when visited on 10-21-21 at approx. 5:15 p.m. Very few cars in line made me think I would proceed "fast" and in no time....WRONG ANSWER!!! Waited in line for about 20 minutes, received order, checked order after driving through because I did not want to delay other customers in line behind me. Realized, order was incorrect, went inside restaurant thinking service would be quicker......WRONG ANSWER!!! 1st of all....ignored like no one saw me at counter, nice young lady on her way out assisted me in order to correct my order.....waited...waited....waited.... until I had to "flag" one of the workers down because they were so "busy" confusing each other until I guess they did not realize, I was at counter. Informed CSR again that order was incorrect, he said they were working, informed me it would be a price difference, I informed him money was not an issue but the young lady that helped me prior to him did not mention a $ difference," Really Dude, the workers got my order wrong, not me". He stated with an attitude to never mind and they were working on it......TIME NOW: 5:45 p.m.....still waiting...…..waiting...….waiting..... until I asked for a refund and he proceeded with no hesitation to refund me my money, in the meantime, another young lady brought my order and I exited the restaurant. I can't believe, I spent approx. 1 hour in a "fast" food restaurant, spending less than $20, received poor, poor, service. Really if the workers did not feel lie going to work on yesterday, they should have called in sick. Their service extended to me as a customer and making sure I was a satisfied customer was horrible. No apology, didn't offer a courtesy drink or anything, it was more like I was getting on their nerves because my order was wrong. I love KFC/Taco Bell but I will calm my nerves and not spend any $ there at the present time. I know one customer probably doesn't make a difference but, I wasn't just a customer, a was a "loyal customer". I will go back but not right now...…..
If I could give zero stars I would. They screw up my order every single time. To the point where I usually get only 20% of my order. It never fails. This location needs a total redo on employees.
Had a long night and just wanted some nice chicken. Pulled up to kfc and had the best experience. They were short staffed and yet the two staff there Erin and Kimberly provided great service and had good attitudes despite the circumstances.
Got to the drive thru at 9:00 there was a long line. There were 2 very nice girls inside Kimberly and Erin looked like they were understaffed but they did a great job at accommodating our large food order and high demand in the drive thru it was refreshing to have a couple young ladies with a great attitude and big smiles on their faces! Keep up the good work ladies! And the chicken was delicious!
For some reason hours to this place are up in the air. seems like they close whenever they feel like it. went thru drive thru and 9/5/[email protected]:50pm and along with 3 more cars was told they were closed.. Its always something. Either they close early or are no longer serving chicken.. You would think with the pandemic they would have gotten better with drive thru service..Sad. Good food but bad service.. chic fil a needs to educate these people

Came through the drive- thru at 10:00ish to get 2 beef burritos got told they weren’t selling Taco Bell and had to drive to another Taco Bell like 15 miles away! The girl in the drive-thru then proceeded to make references to my race as a reason to get chicken instead of 2 burritos I’ve never been so offended in my life! Do not go to this place, save your money and time!
Food is good but the five piece chicken tenders combo price is wrong on the drive-thru sign. $7.99. Manager refused to adjust the price. The real cost is $8.99.
