Rude manager, drive thru cashier got my order wrong had to drive back, same one two days later upcharged me and when I looked at the receipt because it reflected the charges but not the selected item I ordered same rude manager says that they have to use alternative methods for the bucket cause they don't have a specific key for it ugh the chicanery of it all
I'm not too crazy about this location the staff here are always in a rush not even a hello or come back soon so I go to the one next to the town center nice atmosphere and better customer service
It was where we wanted it to be as we where in route to a winning outcome.

I asked if I can substitute a drink for Cole slaw 3 times with no response and the so called manager came to the window and I asked her again and she says no. Once I received my order, I was checking to make sure that it was correct and the manager opened the window and told me that they have a timer and I had to leave. Rude and no manager should be setting examples for her staff like this.

Fresh cook meal, nice attendees, knowing what they were doing.
I have given this location 3 chances. Every time my order is wrong. This time the guy said there is no Pepsi it just ran out. Do you not plan to refill it? Seriously the customer service needs help and maybe somebody who knows what they are doing. We sat in the drive through for ten minutes for food that’s already cooked and the guy had no idea what we ordered.
Bad customer service from employee and the wait time was to long. Will never buy or recommend this restaurant again
I went there I got four boxes of the number ones on all the boxes I had no bread at all I paid $23 for this this was for doctors I called back she asked me didn't have no bread and none of them I told her no they don't have to worry about nobody coming from the hospital this is absurd every time I come there it's always a problem I had no ketchup in the bag and three of the bags had no napkins this is sad they're quick but put all the food in the bag and none of them had utensils to eat with
